I had a paid confirmed booking via agoda but they refuse to recognise my booking, probably because it was peak new year season so they wanted to earn more from walk-in last minute bookings instead. But very bad to do this to a customer! Have the guts to at least cancel my booking earlier then so I don't have to travel there only to find that I cannot check in. Luckily staff was nice to let me use toilet and WiFi to make another booking elsewhere. Many other hotels nearby, DO NOT STAY HERE BAD BOSS, BAD HOSPITALITY.
