The rooms are neat and clean. Food is good with lot of variety. Staff is humble and helpful. Recommended for family. The housekeeping and room service staff is also very fast and good with their work. -Damini, Priyanka, and MR bhola Dutta was good service

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel regenta place , every staff member very helpful and friendly mr prabhdeepak singh really very good person and thanks to mr Singh, location was good railway station was near .

I stayed 3 times in 2 month with a family group rooms are very neat and clean good location bathroom ok clean all staff very nice especially thanks house keeping teem and prabhdeepak Singh comfortable stay overall all good and great food was delicious

Good location, ambience, facility, house keeping staff good , I gave 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because rooms are very neat and clean. The food was tasty 😋. We tried sandwich and veg roll. Specially mention the staff name mr. Prabhdeepak Singh he is very good person..

All depar**ents are well experienced Room service n house keeping is excellent Mr prabdeepak sigh well behaved Rooms r Eco friendly ,neet, clean 💥 front office teem are very friendly overall all good and bathers I will recommend especially family and friends.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Prabhdeep Singh is was very friendly staff and mr pradyumn rawat making a good food and good mood room are well maintained and cleaned

Hotel Regenta Palace is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the place is very soothing and the environmentof the hotel is very eco-friendly. The Prabhdeepak Singh is very polite and humble. The food is delicious. The rooms are very clean.

The staff are very cooperation and we loved their service. The staff very friendly especially Mr. Prabhdeepak singh and diljeet. About food provide also yummy hospitality of restaurant. All are very neet and clean. The rooms are very neat and senerised ,we really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend a stay with the family and friends here.
