房間很臭，陳舊發黴的味道，真的不推薦。
位置一般，去哪裡都得打車。
全酒店都不能帶榴蓮進入，室內户外都不行。
晚上凌晨一點後大門也關了要走旁邊側門。
沒有中文服務。

隔音效果超級差，可以聽到鄰居的講話、哭鬧、鬧鐘響、拔插頭、樓上走路。設施陳舊，空調冰箱巨響，害我半夜把冰箱從角落挪出關電源不然沒法睡。枕頭套都泛黃。房間電話不能撥前台或客服，全部得自己下樓去找前台。早餐非常一般。酒店位置也並不如宣傳説的KLCC附近，隔着大路還好遠。輸入酒店名稱打Grab就會被自動定位到另一個地點。

Great stay. Love the room, was clean & very kid friendly. They even provided free baby cot. Would definitely come back.

My first exprience stay here. My husband was very happy bcoz the rooms so big make our 2 daughter more comfortble too play n sleep which is can add baby cot for free. The pool big but the floor around the pool little big old however still safe to step on. At night the place is really quiet because it is far from the road so that can sleep peacefully. Recommended to sty here if u want to go around KL city.

We like the room size, facilities in room (small kitchen with completed basic equipment). The location less than 5km to KLCC The hotel manager En. Jumadi was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay @MicasaAllSuite

Eventhough I am staying in KL we still choose KL as our family me time stay. Great location. Far from hustle yet easy access to all well know mall in KL city centre. Plenty choices for Grab and Food Panda 😂 Huge and spacious room indeed! My kid love it so much! Us too ❤️ Two doors fridge/induction cooker/ microwave/ oven/ utensil and many more were provided in the room. There is no breakfast buffet. Our breakfast were send to the room. The swimming pool view and interior is so love. Overall satisfaction 💯!!! Recommended for those who want to chill and rest.
