โรงแรมมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่หรูหรา สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ห่างออกไป 13.4 กม. จากสนามบิน ทัศนคติการบริการของโรงแรมดีมาก โรงแรมที่น่าเชื่อถือ!

Although it appears to have had an upgrade, there were certain items that could improve. The closet didn't have a door making the room look old, and the bath room fan was very noisy. The carpet should be replaced with tile or a similar surface to give it a cleaner look. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. One last thing, it took a long time to get hot water to the room. Please do not post this on your reviews.

I stay here frequently. My child studies at UB so this hotel is close to campus and extremely convenient for my family.

I have trouble walking and standing I prefer something on the first floor , close to the exit because my pet is usually with me, but even though I always ask for the first floor the last three times I was put on the second floor. Otherwise everything was good I wish they would get strawberry jelly lately there has only been grape for breakfast. I love the scrambled eggs.

I honestly liked the place! Breakfast was good had lots of options and they cleaned my room when I asked and were super nice any time I had any questions. Not sure why the rating was so low I would definitely stay there again.
