學校是真的好，酒店衞生和舒適度略遜於外面三星級連鎖客棧，但也很不錯了 吃飯強烈建議去 umass 食堂準！酒店 11 樓可以看到校園很好的風景，推薦！

春假期間，出差入住，西式簡餐，大床很舒服，房間有免費WiFi，步行10分鐘有中餐館，房間很乾凈，好像服務生是大學生

What a pleasant hotel to stay at! From the excellent customer service to the pristine condition of the room (halls and lobby as well) to the super comfy bed and quiet room, everything about our stay was perfect!

Conveniently located for parents visiting their kids. Clean and hygienic rooms. The outside facade looks like a prison. Pls paint it or improve it in any other way. For 250 USD I would expect better and more food options and amenities. There is zero entertainment options, no gym etc that other hotels in this price range have.

Great place to stay during a campus tour. Rooms were clean, well appointed and the staff was great. I will be sure to stay there on the next visit to UMASS.

Dead bolt in room did not work, air conditioning was barely blowing with a constant noise and ceiling tiles were had mold from previous water damage.
Very hard to find via gps on current address listed on website - recommend advertising Garage entrance address.

The service was excellent. Rooms a bit run down, i.e. broken lamp shades and we could hear conversations from the rooms on either side of our room. The rooms have forced heat and it was turned on so room was a bit warm, but the staff brought us a fan which helped a ton.
