A localização foi excelente, bem perto do evento que estava participando, o serviço de atendimento muito bom, otimo café da manhã e também as comidas.

atendentes não sabiam se a reserva havia sido paga, achamos uma embalagem de bala do lado da cama, mas de resto ok. o ferro de passar no quarto andar salvou o rolê

O primeiro atendimento não gostei pq o colaborador não se atentou sobre as informações que coloquei nas opções de quarto.
E aínda me questionou que eu fiz a reserva errada e mostrei que estava correto.
Após isso resolvido os outros atendimentos foram muito bom principalmente os atendentes da noite e madrugada.

Very dirty. Hair in the bed, mold around the sink. Did not want to sleep in the bed. Lobby carpet looks as not been vacuumed.
