Taj Amer, Jaipur

It was a great experience starting from welcome done by the staff during entry. Priyanka at the desk helped us with our upgrade and was very helpful and cooperative. Experience was magnificent with the staff. Vikas at the Taj Club Lounge was very cooperative and with us the food and the drinks were amazing the ambience was also great with the great view of the Aravali range, one of the main reason to choose the property was Taj Club , we had the best housekeeping staff, Ganesh the housekeeping incharge ***aged everything very well. Harish was also a staff member was very sweet and helped a lot.

The service and ambience was excellet, special thanks to Mr. Harish kumar from front office ,His service was excellent and he was really friendly and helpful. He decorated our room for our special day and make us feel us really special. Hotel pool was the best thing.

Taj properties are anyways amazing so I would save my words to appreciate the amazing staff of this hotel. From the time we entered its premises till we left, each and every staff member made us feel special. Their effort shows, they always come up and do everything possible to make their guests feel specials. I cant remember all of their names but every staff member I came across was just lovely. Great stay with family. Priyanshi made it extraordinary by making my son's birthday a lot rememberable by room decor, dining decor, souvenirs to kids, parents etc. loved the hospitality ! Entire team was very supportive and have a heart of Taj’s hospitality, what it’s know for.words won't do justice for the entire team they all are amazing My special thanks to Priyanshi ,kupu,chandrakala and ms Padmini in Nomad loads of luv to everyone

It was birthday of my daughter and of my wife. They treated us like family and made our day so special. Decorated our room and gifted so ***y articles. I specially mentioning Ms. Chandrakala Negi who took care of all things during our stay. Rooms are good…food was awesome and best part is rooftop pool. We recommend this property for stay.

Nice, pretty modern hotel. Young and friendly staff. Good rooms. Food was excellent, Great breakfast. Sashi is so helpful ensuring dining experience is in high quality Rooms was spacious and clean. Specially Tej duty ***ager and Geeta .At the time of check out Pranay was so good. Rambaran ,Ganesh , Krishan in HK help us a lot. To ensure a comfortable stay Will try to come again soon.

Starting from the arrival Pranay , Rameshwar door *** Harish and har phool at concierge Chandrakala and Priyanshi , took care of our check in , F&B team Shashi , Padmini , Pallavi, and Namit all took good care of our Breakfast and dinner and made sure Children’s were super happy Nice welcome amenities placed by in room dining team of Chinmay , Kartik, Amit and Tapesh Hk team lead by Rambharan and Hanu*** added small touches during evening turn down services Lovely Team , Excellent Hotel and every corner has a vibrant and Positive vibes Attention Note: I would like to Mention about the leader of the hotel who was Always there when ever we need anything small or big. When we check in first we met him at the lobby and he welcome us with great warm ness. Then When we was coming for the breakfast we meet him at the Restaurant and he make sure everything was smooth for each one of us. When we was for at evening Taj Amer excellent concept of meeting Jaipur elegance at Taj service He was present there with his vibrant team to assist all in house guest. When came for dinner we met him and he was very helpful in everything my kids was so happy to him. Such a wonderful and true gem of person.
