This is a rather elegant Pousada which is managed by the Pestana Hotel chain. Checking in at Reception was painless and swift. The staff generally were pleasant and friendly. Our bedroom was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. We needed to keep the windows closed for security and the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom was pleasantly furnished and in good condition. The bed was king size and very comfy. There was plenty of hanging space for clothing The size of the room left very little space to conveniently store suitcases. The room was equipped with a refrigerator but no mini bar. There was also a television which as far as I could tell only had Portuguese programs. I could not find any English language programs. This did not really a problem because I was staying at this hotel for a limited time and did not want to watch TV. The bathroom was en suite with both a bath and a shower. The bath was useless because it did not have a bath plug and the hotel staff were unable to find a bath plug for me. There was plenty of tepid warm water for washing. However you need to have patience to have hot water. Hot water took a lifetime before it reached our room Our bedroom must have been some distance from the boiler because other guests did not suffer the same problem. A lot of water was wasted while waiting for the hot water. This was not a good way to “Save the Planet” as instructed by a sign / notice on display in the bathroom from the hotel management. The plug in the wash hand basin did not work properly. As you will realise having a wash in this hotel was a bit of an ordeal. Buffet breakfast had lots to chose from with a choice hot and cold dishes. The Lounge bar is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Apart from the lack of bath plugs, the hotel is in good condition and decorative order.

Spacious and clean flat with a large living room and modern kitchen. We had a nice weekend there and both of us enjoyed it. When we came back on Saturday we found a plate of Pastel de Nata given by the reception which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

อาหารเช้าดี โดยเฉพาะความคุ้มค่าเงิน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักเหลือนิดหน่อยเพราะเป็นมาตรฐานเก่า เป็นที่น่าสังเกตว่าห้องพักจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงการออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน เครื่องปรับอากาศรุ่นใหม่ และทีวีจากทศวรรษนี้ นอกจากนั้น พนักงานยังเป็นมิตร พวกเขาเช็คอินก่อนเวลา ซึ่งช่วยเราและทำให้มันง่ายขึ้นมากเมื่อมาถึง เพราะเราเหนื่อย และเตียงนอนสบาย หากเป้าหมายของคุณคือการพักในโรงแรมที่มีการบริการที่ดี แต่คุณไม่ได้อยู่เพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับโรงแรม แต่อยู่ในเมืองที่สมบูรณ์แบบ ทีนี้ถ้าคุณจะใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องบ่อย ๆ คุณจะอึดอัดนิดหน่อย

การเข้าพักที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจที่โฮสเทลแห่งนี้ ใช่ มันค่อนข้างไกล แต่ทุกอย่างสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สามารถเช็คอินได้ถึงเที่ยงคืนดังนั้นนี่จึงมีประโยชน์มากอาสาสมัครก็น่ารักเหมือนครอบครัว ♥️ คุณไม่สามารถทําราคาที่ดีที่สุดได้ 🤙 นอกจากนี้เนื่องจากคุณไม่ได้อยู่ในใจกลางเมืองคุณสามารถนอนหลับได้โดยไม่มีเสียงรบกวนและเช็คเอาท์จนถึง 15.00 น. ดังนั้น ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบถ้าเหมือนฉันคุณไม่มีเงินมากแต่มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้คน😀

โรงแรมออกแบบร่วมสมัยที่ยอดเยี่ยมสะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาก มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายสําหรับอาหารเช้าซึ่งคุ้มค่ามาก ทําเลที่ตั้งเหมาะสําหรับการเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของลิสบอนเนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้กับรถไฟใต้ดิน พนักงานต้อนรับทุกคนช่วยเหลือดีมาก โดยเฉพาะอเล็กซานเดอร์และแคโรไลน์ ซึ่งเป็นทูตที่ยิ่งใหญ่สําหรับโรงแรม

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!
