Albergo molto antico ma ben tenuto . Buona cucina e personale gentile

Great location, but rooms waiting to be renovated. Quiet calm environment, but there is a lot of crosstalk from the rooms next door quality of the breakfast was boring and poor. Cleanliness and the quality of ibad are good.

The location is great and it provides a parking behind the hotel for which we were not charged. The breakfast is decent. We expected it to be rather old, but we found it to be in worse conditions than we expected. The toiletries provided were very cheap and limited, the service was very scarce and overall we found that the venue is definitely not to four-star hotel. As a result we even moved out one-night earlier.

We arrived on 31 Dec, 2022 to find a hotel with no working central heating. Most of the rooms offered to our group were far too cold. After many complaints some of us were moved to rooms with functioning heat converters. The bathrooms remained ice cold. The food was far below expectations. Three waiters tried to serve 100 guests for New Year’s Eve dinner. Compared to our visit 6 years before our stay was very disappointing.

We visited this hotel in July 2022. It was supposed to be part of a foodie experience. We were so glad to leave this hotel. I really have tried hard to find something, anything, positive to say about this hotel and I cant. My reviews are usually positive but there was so much to be unhappy about here. The room was tired and grubby with ripped curtains. The description of the hotel is so far from the reality that I have had to check several times I had the correct hotel. There is a Grand Hotel across the square (not Grand Hotel Regina) and it appeared to be a fine hotel. Our room was grubby, the shower was a trickle at most. The one evening meal we attended was (I dont like to use the word disgusting but its the one that fits best). We were there three nights. My wife gave up on breakfast after one but I persevered. I never saw a member of staff at breakfast on each of three days. I saw many flies at the buffet breakfast enjoying the scant selection of cheese and meat ahead of the guests. It was awful. Everything about this hotel was awful. It doesnt merit two stars and I cannot understand why it has more. I have stayed in many many hotels and this hotel is undoubtedly the worst. It is at best a cheap hostel but for a true description words escape me.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni con la scuola in questo Hotel, mi sento in dovere di ringraziare tutto il personale per la gentilezza, la cortesia e l'attenzione verso i nostri studenti. Un grazie a Ruslan, a Cesare per la disponibilità nel servizio ai tavoli. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Anna per essersi messa a completa disposizione della nostra scuola offrendo con garbo il suo sorriso. L'hotel è gradevole, le camere spaziose, la cucina semplice e gustosa. Incantevole la location tra il verde di Salsomaggiore. Lo consigliamo alle famiglie, alle coppie e anche alle scuole.

Ero in gita con il mio istituto ed appena arrivati in hotel hanno dato le varie camere. Io ero in una doppia insieme ad una mia amica. La camera era in pessime condizioni, letto sporco e tende impolverate, il bagno pieno di ruggine, doccino pieno di calcare e carta igienica usata. Serratura della porta pietosa. Cibo non buono e ripetitivo. Personale assente. Un mio compagno è rimasto senza camera. Al ritorno della giornata passata a visitare le varie città, le camere non erano pulite, gli asciugamani non cambiati e letto non rifatto, quindi non è stato un rientro confortevole. Sinceramente essendo un 4 stelle è molto trasandato. Magari prima queste accortezze c'erano. La struttura è molto antica, infatti cade a pezzi, soprattutto le varie porte. Unico punto forte è l'ascensore. Non riandrei sicuramente, troverei un altro hotel nelle vicinanze.

Sono stata in gita con la mia classe ed è stata un esperienza incredibile, mai vista una cosa del genere; organizzazione pari a zero, personale non presente, camere vecchie, sporche,penso che non venivano aperte da 2 anni per l'odore che c'era e che non sono state risistemate la mattina seguente. Cibo incommestibile è dir poco. Le foto presenti online non corrispondono assolutamente con la realtà. Esternamente è una bella struttura ma già dalla holl si può capire a cosa si va incontro. Un hotel a questtro stelle non è questo, ne merita una.

Esperienza pessima,al mio arrivo arrivo comunico la prenotazione (prepagata tramite agenzia), vengo invitato a saldare il totale della camera. Nonostante facessi presente che era già stata prepagata vengo trattato in maniera pessima dal personale al ricevimento e cosa ancora più grave la titolare al telefono si permette anche di dirmi testuali parole “se non paga può anche andarsene”. Comunico in diretta telefonica all’agenzia la problematica che prontamente tenta di contattare la struttura che si rifiuta di parlare con loro e addirittura mette il telefono in modalità occupato. Dopo un’ora di discussioni arrivate una SANTA ragazza che in due minuti mi consente di ricevere la camera e conferma che la prenotazione era prepagata come da me comunicato. Per quanto riguarda la camera non vale assolutamente le 4 stelle, struttura e arredamento datato, camera piccola e priva di molti comfort. NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE
