Beautiful property and top notch facilities at the resort. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the exemplary service provided by the staff Subhash. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. From accommodating special requests to providing personalized recommendations, Subhash went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.

Very few staff members were present. Most of them exhibited rude and arrogant behavior, making fun of their guests from a distance. The restaurant staff often ignored orders during the buffet, and ultimately, the food lacked any taste. The only positive aspect I noticed was the beautiful nature/view surrounding the area.

Had wonderful experience. The food was good , service was v good . The staff welcomed all guest with respect and warmth . The ambience is awesome ❤️❤️view from the restaurant was fabulous 🤩🤩. Overall 5 star experience 👏👏Keep it up 👏👏 Good job

The restaurant staff exhibited remarkable professionalism and attentiveness throughout our dining experience. Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made our meal memorable. We deeply appreciate their exceptional service and hospitality. Having a great experience here , lovely place to stay here , lovely location awesome weather wonderful location and the best food , must visit place , having a great experience, gaming hut with gunanand ji is awesome, you dont need to worry about your child if gunanand plays with him or her just leave your child and enjoy .

The location is really good and on the banks of river ramganga. Had ordered food from the in house restaurant and it was delicious. Special shout out to Mr. Kamlesh. Have booked cottage and the room is spacious and clean. Only dowside is the access road of nearly 1 km which is a rough road. Hopefully it will be repaired before next visit
