Eines vorab: Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. ⭐️
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und die Frühstückszeiten hervorragend. ⭐️
Die Lage ist ok.
Dieses Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Man muss im Parkhaus parken, was unheimlich teuer ist.
Die Sauberkeit lässt in diesem Hotel stark zu wünschen übrig. Ins Zimmer angekommen, sahen wir im Bad einen schmutzigen Lappen auf dem Haartrockner. Daneben an der Wand undefinierbare Flecken. Die Rezeption informiert und kam die nette Mitarbeiterin und putzte den Haartrockner und die Wand.
Auf der Matraze war nur Bettlaken und darunter keine/n Matrazenschoner/Schutzauflage. Es ist ganz ehrlich ekelhaft.
Der Boden machte den Eindruck, als wäre in Eile gesaugt worden.

酒店離火車站較遠，交通不是特別方便，環境不錯，邊上就是一個風景不錯的湖。酒店設施有些老舊，房間衞生情況一般，關鍵是3天沒人來打掃，這一點不能接受，談不上服務

De auto, ik moet een extra parkeerplaats betalen. De vloer van de kamer is vuil en vuil. Het bed is apart en geschoven voor een tweepersoonsbed.

Lovely little hotel, about a ten minute walk from the station. Really cosy and comfortable. Bar and restaurant attached to hotel really nice

Stay was okay, breakfast was okay but water was turned off for the whole hotel without notifying their guest and i was in the shower washing at this time. So, not a good experience for me.

Nice hotel located near center with parking close too.
We had a very disappointing checkin, includng a very short female receptionist who didnt knew much about parking or the surrounding area, with medicore english skills, Lucky for her and us, she haf a professional colleguage named Melanie who are brillant and friendly, so first impression ended good. Few hours later a male receptionist checked us in, no problem. We enjoyed the hotel and especially the staff serving breakfast was very nice, smiling and the food was very nice.

The room was so hot and the A/C doesn't work. We couldn't sleep for the first three nights despite an additional fan. They changed it room for the last two nights.
