The staff was very friendly! The check-in was also very quick and they gave us great tips for things to do in the area. The hotel itself was nice, but it is definitely more outdated than the pictures make it seem.

The first day we are there at check-in the receptionist was eating her lunch in front of us. I was surprised that Hilton will allow such thing. They don't have a lunch room for their staff to eat? Later that day when we came back from skiing we found out that was no hot water for shower. We call the front desk and the reception said "No one told you their was no hot water for 9 hours today". So we had to shower in cold water at a Hilton Hotel. Whoever managed this hotel should think about retaking management classes or shadow a real manager that has experience. Can't leave equipment uncheck yearly and end up with customer unhappy. Especially is a Hilton hotel and not a holiday in or days in.

I didn't like that the spa/gym was not up and running the night of check-in. The hot water was out till the wee hours of the morning due to a pipe bursting so I was unable to settle in after traveling.
Other than that, the staff was professional and tried to accommodate the situation.

Unfortunately we had no hot water Saturday. I understand these things happen but a hot shower is pretty basic.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were above average cleanliness. With that said, a hotel is supposed to accomodate you and be a convenience away from home. One of the selling points was the pool and hot tub. Both were broken. Hot tub was green. Pool was freezing. When we came in after tubing, since it IS the poconos, we find out theres no hot water which sucks considering we're freezing. "Maybe" we get it back by morning. The breakfast that was supposed to be free, was not, in fact, free. Parking ****** because red robin has most of the lot. "Hilton" seemed like a no brainer, but it was anything but easy.

Trucking company right behind hotel. Hotel itself was quiet and staff were friendly and kind. However all night long there were trucks coming and going and loud beeping noises. Made it impossible to sleep. Too bad otherwise super close to airport and nice people/place.
