Great location, run down look to the room but it was fine, staff pleasant, security gate at night. Loud birds in the parking lot early in the morning. Couldn't do 3.5 stars so did 4 since it was adequate, but real rating is 3.5.

Our daughter unexpectedly joined us and a we were in a spa room we couldn't just change rooms so they brought a very comfortable child up bed for her. We also stay here everytime we come to Alice ( monthly)

Excellent place for the price. Convenient to Todd Mall, includes a small kitchenette and has laundry on premises. Worked well as a base for trek into Larapinta. Windows open on to walkway and public courtyard so if you want privacy you have to keep curtains drawn.

The Motel is very conveniently placed for shopping. We reconfirmed our 2nd visit on arrival but reception did not ask when we would be checking in or give details of how to get in when we got back from a long tour at 7.30 pm. The office shuts at 7 pm. We were leaving before 7 am and office opening on our 1st stay...

Staff were excellent. Room was dated and the mattress was awful. I rate a good bed because that’s basically what you’re buying and the bed was not comfortable. The safety of the surrounding area is not the fault of the business but an observation nonetheless

The motel was a great location right in town. We stayed 6 nights it was great for us. Having a microwave in the room would have been nice, but there was one we could use in the motel. Having a washer and dryer at the motel is a big plus.
