Fantastic place . We visited here for 3 nights after spending 2 weeks further up the coast getting married and prior to returning to the UK. Great customers service , great room,fab location . Hair dryer, tea and coffee (just need your milk) allocated area in the fridge and lots of left over beach towels ,chairs and products to use if needed. We had a room with a small balcony over the road at the front . As they warn certain nights are noiser than others but didn't effect our stay at all. Clean tidy and central .. what more do you need ! Thank you so much

Cannot recommend enough. Caroline and Soledad are so kind and accommodating. The hotel is in such a prime location too, so close to everything but also away from the busy party life. The staff make you feel so welcome here and the rooms are absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed there twice now and will more than likely again. Such a lovely hotel with absolutely amazing staff.

Everything thing was excellent, the owners attention to detail is exceptional and someone was available to help or answer questions from 10.30am for a few hours. The street doesn't generally have any traffic noise, but it is narrow and if you are a light sleeper the occasional pedestrian noise is accentuated by the three storey buildings on one side and the cathedral walls on the other, earplugs are available. I would definitely recommend the pension and will certainly be returning asap.

Amazing location, very clean, hot water, check in and out any time. The staff is very nice. My room had a kettle with instant coffee and tea. They also have beach umbrellas and chairs you can borrow. I recommend earplugs and a sleeping mask though.

I stayed at the Pension recently and Caroline was very helpful. She made several useful suggestions as to where best to go in and around the old town. The location is perfect close to both the sea and the historic centre. I'm appreciative of the caring attitude and help I received. I wish Caroline and the business a good future and a happy 2024.

The location is fantastic! The room is very nice, there is no bugs or anything. The shower is a good size with good water pressure. The room and shared kitchen is clean, and there is a shared refrigerator with enough space, as well as freezer space. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, and cutlery, etc. The person managing the place is very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back here myself.

It was a great clean stay. But the best thing was the owner is great at customer service. Very personable and listens to all feedback. I fed back on some things. All hotels should be run like this from the top. Would recommend for anyone.

Perfect! This small hotel is well located in Alicante. Close to the beach and city centre. Restaurants and cocktailbars closeby. Rooms are light, cosy, clean and comfortable. Caroline is so nice and helpful. It’s perfect for a short stay. Very good price/quality.

This pensión is tidy and cosy and is situated very conveniently in the heart of old town. Rooms are comfortable and the tiles in the bathroom just adorable. But, a little warning for those, who are sensitive to noise during the night. Music from the nearby bar and loud noises of the partying people on the streets can disturb your sleep. I was prepared with ear plugs and Peltor earmuffs but unfortunately they were of no help.
