Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria

Excellent hotel in Old Town Alexandria. Very clean, comfortable and close to shops, restaurants and the Metro, without being right at the Metro station.

It was near the airport and a few good places to eat. The staff was very polite and had NO intention of fixing the problem in my room.

Great location about 30 minutes’ walk to the river. the staff was very helpful. the Dash bus stop was right across the road. When the hotel lost power, the staff compd the valet parking fee and gave Hyatt points to all guests.

The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Every staff member SMILES and is pleasant and helpful. Our favorite is Cadia at the front desk. She was able to change our room to a quieter room, provide us guidance on parking and directed us to a cute diner walking distance to the hotel if we were out late. It has been a good stay and we would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. The hotel is a couple of blocks to the Metro so getting in and out of DC is a piece of cake!

We really loved this hotel! It was in a great location in Old Town and easy for our Uber drivers to find us. The staff was fantastic and friendly. The restaurant and bar were very nice as well. The rooms were modern and clean, if a bit small. Our king sized bed filled most of the room, but that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay there again. It had a very modern, hip vibe. Excellent!

The location is perfect. It’s on King St. where all the bars, shops and restaurants are located. The room is clean/comfortable and pet friendly! I had a nice stay!

The room was a little smaller than I thought but we had a great stay and the front desk staff was AWESOME! They were so friendly and gave us great recommendations. They definitely made our trip better with their caring and friendly personalities :)

All the amenities of a business hotel in charming Old Town, with its plentiful restaurants, boutique store, and waterfront. I stayed here once before and will return!

We liked that the property is cozy and that the rooms make excellent use of space. The property is not so large as to be overwhelming. The in-house restaurant was very good, and overall the staff was courteous and professional. What we didn't like were the options for parking. But this would not keep us from staying at this property again
