這個酒店如果自駕的話，車子開不到酒店門口的，酒店停車場離酒店大概100多米，但問題是如果你不到酒店大堂問詢不知道密碼，就是找到停車場也進不了車庫，我們是導航違章穿了二條單行道開到最近一個公共停車場，步行到酒店問好停車庫位置，公共停車場花了1.7歐停車費才開到酒店專屬停車庫，希望攜程能與酒店聯繫把停車位置發在預訂訊息上，酒店周邊蠻熱鬧，有個廣場很多商店和飯店，廣場上有家麥當勞，但大眾點評和谷歌上都查不到，酒店整體還不錯

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Pl. de Cervantes, convenient and beautiful architecture. The room is nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly. One of the best hotels to stay in Alcalá!

Great location, very central, though car access is a bit of a pain. They do have an arrangement with an underground car park though, at a cost of €12 per day.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beds are pretty firm though.

Definitely a unique location and hotel. Perfect size room with a desk, TV, mini fridge. It is an old building that has been maintained incredibly well. It is in an area that has many little shops and restaurants, patisseries and tapa bars. The only complaint is that it is about a 25 minute cab drive from the train station. we were not able to figure out a great option for traveling by the metro/bus system.

It’s a nice older hotel in the main center of Alcala. It was warm outside but the air conditioner inside the room worked well. Parking can be a little confusing if you’re from out of town but there are some 24 hour parking lots about a quarter-mile away that I found at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel it’s clean and very comfortable. Make sure you book the triple room. More space it’s worth it!
