The room we stayed in was stinking with urine smell and was not comfortable to bear throughout the night.

Late booking and check in, everything was seamless with great communication. The room was basic but very clean, a little bit of noise from the road and nearby pub but nothing outrageous. Great value, would stay again.

Found toe nail in the bathroom on the floor. Booked for four people but only two towels in the room. The fold out bed for the 4th person was not made and no sheets. When asking for sheets got give a single sheet and had to make the bed myself. Queen size bed was awful to sleep on. Not what you would expect. Doesn’t rate anything like the ratings hanging in the property or on Last Minute site!

Staff are awesome. They easily helped me with extra things and flexibility. Love staying there. Great access to dining and shopping options. Easy walking distance to everything.

A last minute booking for New Years Eve. The room was comfortable,clean and spacious with everything you would expect in a motel room. Although we didn't use it, it was pleasing to see a toaster provided in the room along with plates and cutlery.Which guaranteed you would be able to have hot toast in the morning!
