前台服務一般，反而經理更沒禮貌，應檢討既係上司😂環境尚可，但服務有待改善，有得揀我唔會再去。。。。

Front Desk staff very friendly, accomodating. Room was very cold and had to use the blankets from the second bed to keep warm. Tried to eat at the resturant on sute believe it was called Longbranch, stood waiting for a seat for 10 mins was sawn by both lounge staff and resturant staff yet no one came to sear me.other than that it was fine.

The hot tub was dirty and there’s black mold and sitting water around the hot tub. Outside the building there was live wires protruding from the ground that sparked.

Don’t stay here unless you have to. Dirty. Smells badly cigarette smoke everywhere even though we were in non-smoking. The pool area should be condemned. Huge disappointment. Photos online are not this location. There were stuff left in the fridge. Checkout was painful. I have nothing good to say.

It was nice , clean and organized and bed was comfortable. Kids loved the slides and hot tub, but the main pool was really cold , otherwise it was wonderful 😊

When I first arrived to check in, I was told the room wasn't ready, so I sat down and started working. That was when the lady at the counter decided to check and it was ready. The outside of the property looks like it hasn't been kept up in several decades as do the rooms. The thermostat in my room, did not blow anything but warm air and I couldn't open a window to cool it down. I will never stay here again or recommend this to anyone.

Staff was ok. Breakfast closes early though (9AM) and that wasn’t communicated so I assumed it was the standard 10AM. Rooms were average. Border Inn is much nicer for way less so book early and skip this one. If you MUST stop over then it’s alright. Don’t expect 5 stars amenities.

We stayed at this property only for the children to use the pool but it was ice cold and unable to use. The room and hallways/elevator were gross and stunk. Not at all worth it as there was other nearby much nicer properties for much less money. Will never stay here again.

At this property me and my family had to move to 3 different rooms, the first room had stuff in the sheets that showed they were not change, the second room had pieces of a sandwhich all over the floor.
