每次到奧克蘭的首選，因為太喜歡周遭環境.疫情3年酒店未更新設備，工作人員欠缺真心遺憾！

第一次住，但應該也是最後一次，畢竟這是我住過算是目前體驗最差的五星酒店了…清潔衞生竟然會不清理垃圾桶，洗漱台竟然有水漬，淋浴頭的接口是漏水的，晚上找不到大堂值班的人幫忙停車。不僅如此，在停車場按鈴，等了至少20分鐘無人響應。最誇張的是，門僮取車竟然還取錯了車…如果我自己的車也被這樣取錯，真被人開走了，這又要怎麼弄？同事找服務生要牙膏牙刷，竟然被服務生放門口不被告知，還被其他人拿了。

We have stayed with you many times for business and pleasure and always find this hotel convenient and a quiet place to stay. We always enjoy the food and spa when we visit. Some standards of cleanliness in the general areas have dropped and if flowers are on show they need to be fresh. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

This is a really comfortable hotel with attentive service. Location is fabulous, right by the waterfront. The hotel pool was lovely. Excellent breakfast

We spent our wedding night in your gorgeous hotel, the complementary champagne and sweets were much appreciated!! Thank you!!! The bedding was a dreamy and soft, really perfect! We also LOVED the bathtub.
