Resepsiyon görevlileri hiç dostane davranmadı. Bir selamı, güle güleyi bile esirgediler. Valizleri odaya taşımaya yardım etmedikleri gibi yardım eden arkadaşımı da odaya ziyaretçi kabul etmiyoruz diye engellediler. Anahtarı verirken klimanın kumandasını vermediler. Sonradan geri inip, almak gerekti. Duş küvetine çıkmak inmek tehlikeliydi. Odadan resepsiyonu arayacağımız telefon da çalışmışyordu. Bina olarak iyi bir otelde, olanakların kötü düzenlendiği ve resepsiyon görevlilerinin düşmanca davrandığı garip bir gece geçirdik.

apartment spacious,quite clean pool not very clean when people are going in fully clothed and still wearing flip flops whilst walking round childs pool area this obviously being probably being the turkish women which shouldnt be allowed and if so the pools should be cleaned every evening .very noisy road traffic 24hrs a day.the complex is quite a distance to beach and main shops,and we like walking but quite far from everything.meals in apartment not much choice at all and small portions for prices they charge.we never heard any british holiday makers whilst there mainly danish,turkish,russian.weve been too many resorts in turkey and can honestly say alanya being the worst we felt like we was in egypt not turkey,there was no turkish atmosphere at all a very boring place ..t here was a shop directly over the road probably only had fifty pounds worth of stock in it so mainly nothing. all in all we didnt enjoy our holiday and this never happens,so before you visit do homework on alanya.

I stayed 10 days I found the staff horrible because as soon as we got there they gave us a room that wasn’t there our , they were royally mocking us, eat we received our order after 40 minutes and even it wasn’t worth it as it was zero for the price they offer the reception was not inviting unpleasant if you had to give advice maybe pay more but don’t come here

this hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly the hotel is very cleanand tidy ,close to the beach ,we plan to come again next year, are definitely returning next year. Thanks for everything!

Just home from the select apart hotel an it was absolutely amazing weather was good most day staff were all friendly wit a great sense of humour! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Clean, tidy and there. They really do their best to please all ages in this hotel and we are definitely returning next year. Thanks for everything!

Room was in very bad condirion. Sharp paintchips coming out from chairs and tables. Towels had holes and stains. Curtains and bed smelled like old dust. All week there was a lot of long hair at the pool so when you swim the hair gets stuck in your hands. Poolwater smelled some days like garbage. Fire escape was locked 27/7 so in case of fire you cant get out. Music at the pool vas extremely loud ((like on party boats) and I asked everyday again to put it more quiet, after 30min they put it loud again. Had to wear earplugs at the pool for the first time in my life. Have been travelling for over 40 years and this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Some of the staff tried their best, some of them clearly did not care. Never happened before but this time I was waiting to get home from holiday. Hotel should not be in any travelagencys selection until they make a serious improvements on everything. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Very dissapointed.

I have been traveling across Turkey and Georgia for the last 3.5 months, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Not clean. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
