If you wish spoil your vacation book this hotel. You will feel yourself like in prison where everything is banned and stuff are aggressive.

I booked this hotel never liked it cancelled my stay, Fatih on reception was amazing so helpful, the location is brilliant

Very good location.

Отель расположен напротив пляжа 2 Клеопатры через дорогу. Близость к морю и подкупает. До центра далековато, но можно проехать на автобусе. Номер на 2 дали большой. Еда однообразная, для 4 звезд можно было и разнообразить меню. Но голодным не останетесь. На ресепшене с трудом решают какие-либо вопросы. По вечерам грустновато.  Отель облюбовали поляки, в этом году русских в отели мало.

房間面積還行。服務員打掃房間沒那麼勤快，一旦打掃還是很乾凈的。飯菜很合口味，水果多，隨時可以接熱水。在海邊，離降落場近。酒店的匯率比機場好。

Severe accute bacterial gastroenteritis is what You get from the hotel, spent days in hospital and other remaining days inside the hotel room suffering. And NOBODY takes responsibility, NOBODY. Stay away!

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location. Although being very close to the famous Cleopatra Beach, the place is not so crowded and noisy, and the prices at the local vendors are lower than in the centre. Big supermarket is almost around the corner and the post office and major bus station are within 10-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful and even though I was among the last guests, we got professional service until the very last moment. I heard some rumors about the quality of food earlier during the season, but during my stay everything was all right. Of course the range of meals available could not compare to more expensive hotels, but for budget-oriented tourists it was pretty good. There is a free Wi-Fi at the lobby, which (unlike in some other hotels) runs smoothly and constantly. Altogether, this is a perfect hotel for active tourists who want to get the basic services in good quality and reliably; for tourist who want to spend most of their time in the hotel and await amazing entertainment and all the range of delicious drinks and dishes there are many other options in Alanya ;). We were here during October, and the hotel's location, close to the city center, was fantastic. You can safely participate in exciting activities and great entertainment. The food was wonderful and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our room overlooked a magnificent view. We enjoyed watching the sunset every day. We would like to thank Hasim, who helped us with everything. We will definitely be back.

We've been here before. I love it here, and everything was as we expected. The wonderful rooms and delicious food. The staff's warmth and friendly demeanor made us very happy. I highly recommend it. It's a wonderful hotel with a beach view, just two steps from the sea.

We were here in October and left happily. The food and rooms were as we expected, delicious and hygienic. The staff was respectful and honest. You can relax by the pool with calming music and sunshine. They offer a variety of activities, all at affordable prices and reliable. I recommend the hotel.

This hotel truly delighted us. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, just as we expected. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. They made us feel right at home, and we'd like to thank Mr. Hasim for that. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. I’ve travelled across Africa, and even 3-star hotels there had higher standards than this place. Let me start from the beginning so that everything is clear. We arrived late at night, and there was no food or drink offered to us. Instead, the staff immediately tried to sell us sunbeds for the entire stay — despite knowing perfectly well that it was going to rain the following day. On the first day, I killed a cockroach in our room — identical to the ones you could later see crawling over the plates coming out “fresh” from the kitchen. The next morning, around 8 a.m., I walked into the dining area and saw another cockroach sitting right on the plates. That same evening, it started to rain, and I recorded a video showing water pouring from the ceiling lights directly onto the food. But the real highlight — and the main reason for this review — was the food poisoning we got from the hotel meals. We didn’t eat or drink anything from outside the hotel. We both ended up with severe food poisoning: fever, nausea, vomiting, and excruciating abdominal and intestinal pain that lasted through the entire night. Luckily, we managed to get to a pharmacy in the morning to buy activated charcoal and antispasmodic medication — otherwise, it would have ended with a hospital visit. I still have two days left in this hotel, but I won’t touch anything that comes from their kitchen. I’d rather eat somewhere in town than go through another night like that. The people running this hotel should be fired, and the owner should face legal consequences — they are endangering the lives and health of the guests who come here. As for the cockroach I killed on the first day, the room was cleaned twice, yet they still somehow failed to remove the dead cockroach lying right by the entrance.

This was worst hotel in 35 yrs of travelling I have ever been in . On arrival chap at reception couldn’t speak English gave us key and expected us to know where to go . Corridor to room was pitch black so tried wrong room which key fitted but they had latch on so didn’t enter The pics they show in reviews of bedrooms food hall are nothing like what they look like . looks like a completely different hotel. bed linen was clean but beds and mattress were yellow phone was cut fridge was dirty no kettle to make a drink BAR closed at 10-30 same food everyday so ate out . Sun beds ripped small pool . No evening entertainment. there is no way this is a 4star I’d only give it 1 due to location beach and shops

Me and my friends we had enjoyed our stay in the hotel ,as for The good it was very terrible because they don’t cater for everyone, we will be coming from different countries hence they should mix a variety of different kind of foods,some of the staff need to be more accommodating for example the toilets ,when we had finished our tissue at night we couldn’t get some More,the cleaners are very lovely and nice,Hasim was very helpful during our stay as he tried to help Us with different things,we Managed to enjoy the different clubs and entertainment we had as he made sure that we are all safe,the alcohol’s options in the hotel bar were very limited,in general as l conclude this as l rate the hotel to 6 out of 10.
