Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel … ingenting Blue, slet ikke Hawaii , gamle og slidt…halvpension ligner en kantine i en arbejdslejrer.diskount og smagsløse mad… på hotellet støj 24/7 aldrig ro! absolute IKKE Handicap venlig hotel…det findes kun en lille 4 Pers.elevator og det er ikke plads til en kørestol ellerhjælperen ved siden af ! (personale bruge det også) ved ankomst fik vi tilbud om køb sf solsengen for hele uge..spild af penge !hotelets strand nummer 7 på Kleopatra Beach ligner en losseplads ,livsfarlig og ligge på de defekte senge. parasollerne er defekte møgbeskidte og klamme! Lugten af pis på værelserne oplevet flere gange manglende vand på badeværelse , og hvis det er vand så er enten kun Brandt varme eller kun kold vand i vandhanenerne ingen respons fra hotellet , ingen kommentar trods adskillige henvendelser er du tvivl på indhold af teksten se vedlagte billeder Kleopatra blue Hawaii hotel ... nothing blue, not Hawaii at all, old and worn out... half board looks like a canteen in a labor camp. discount and tasteless food... noise 24/7 never calm! absolutely NOT Handicap-friendly hotel... there is only a small 4-person elevator and there is no room for a wheelchair or the helper next to it! (staff use it too) on arrival we were offered to buy the sf sunbed for the whole week..a waste of money! the hotel's beach number 7 on Kleopatra Beach looks like a landfill, dangerous to lie on the defective beds. the parasols are defective, dirty and clammy! experienced a lack of water in the bathroom several times, and if it is water then either only Brandt hot or only cold water in the taps no response from the hotel, no comment despite several inquiries If you are in doubt about the content of the text, see the attached pictures

The hotel offers an excellent price-quality ratio. We were also last year, when the food was better, with more meat and different desserts after the meal, but the price remained the same this year, despite the high inflation in Turkey. The food was OK though. Hygiene in the hotel is satisfactory, but it is always good to leave a tip. Reading previous comments, I can conclude that people expect too much for the money they've paid. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They will make you feel welcome. We especially liked the waiter Kemal and the receptionist Eyüp. The location is excellent, it is close to the center, as well as many restaurants and shops. Alanya offers many opportunities for good shopping and entertainment. Although our second stay, there was so much to see. The sea is beautiful, warm and clean. Only sometimes there can be high humidity, but also high waves.

Nice, basic clean room, food wasn't to my tasting but all what you would expect for 3 star hotel. Staff were so friendly and the bar men were fantastic. Would go back again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

No hot water in our room complained twice.day 4 and room has yet to be serviced. No choice of food,food not labled to say what it is ,resturaunt not big enough so tables very scarce.this is an all inclusive hotel. Long wait at the bar,staff keep doing a disapeering act... Totally disapointing all inclusive hotel

This hotel caters for eastern Europeans, we eerr the only rnglish couple in the hotel, saying that we were made to feel very welcome. The food is for the eastern Europeans, so keep that in mind 3 star. The house cleaning lady was brilliant. We walked into a different animal that she'd made from towels. She went above and beyond, 5 star for her. The old barman was a joy to get to know, he gets 5 stars. Location was 5 stars. Id go back again for the sea view alone, stunning 5 star.

Worse hotel I have been too! Badly managed no entertainment. Food was always the same! Rice every day. Same deserts and melon brought out. Cleaning staff couldn’t do there job at all! Hall ways were dirty. Rooms under beds had never need a mop! I wouldn’t come back here if it was free! Just avoid at all costs.

The worst hotel which I visit ever! Hotel is very dirty, room cleaning should be every two days, our room they clean after 4 days! Electric goes out every day in intervals, constantly, I was stuck in the elevator without electric! If you put phone on the charger is bigger chance that it will be break than that it will be filled. AC is very low, the door of the terrace you can not close until the end. Wifi is not allowed, you can use it only in lobby but that is not the truth, is very slow, poor and is not ON at most of the time. Toilet which is door near the door of the dinning room is dirty and stink. Food is disaster, you can not found any meal that you have piece of roasting meet. We were here 7 days, one day for lunch was only fish as meat, rice, potato and salads. For breakfast they bake boiled eggs from last days with some vegetables and serve that as a meal. As chicken they serve something which look as backbone of chicken (If I’m right about animal), very disappointing and they should be ashamed. We paid all inclusive and we eat only bread, margarine and jam. And yes, you will get unripe watermelons and rotten apples with two types of cookies which actually are cake crust covered with sugar. Only positive think about this hotel is distance from the beach, is very close but that is not worth to book this hotel as you’re home during stay in this city. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This hotel is not as good as it looks we stayed here 4 times now and each time it was getting worse bed breakfast and evening meal was our booking and with evening meal they would only allow us water to drink unless we bought it the only drink on offer to those all Inc was lager and nothing else unless you bought from restaurant at front.

The location is very good, near to the Kleopatra beach and shopping. The food was good, outside baked pizzas was ended very quikly. Staff almost did not smiled at once but they were helpfull. The hotel was overcrowded, there wasnt room to eat and poolchears was taking at 7. The plates was dirty and the elevator was small and dirty.. The maid was taking coffe water in our room in the middle of the day. Once she wanted clean up the room early in the morning. As I washed my teeth, I didnt let and later she didnt come and our room was dirty and our of TPilet papee. Our family room was big and has two sepparate rooms. The balcony door was broken our bedroom and we coulnt use It but other bedroom balcony was very nice. I loved the sea, the water was very, very warm.
