Odaların temizliği, otelin konumu havuzu, yemekler herşey dört dörtlüktü. Tavsiye edilir. Ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı elbet onları işle**enin düzelteceğini umuyorum. Mesela ilk gün odaya su bıraktılar sonrasında su verilmedi odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler yoktu. Haricen iyidiydi. Teşekkür ederiz

Firstly, this hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly but not enough of them spoke English. The food was not worthy of all inclusive. Nothing was labelled so had no idea what many of the dishes were. Very limited menu, the same dishes were served up daily. If you want something that's on the menu, get there early cause when it's gone, it's not replenished. Breakfast consisted of things like potato wedges, fried vegetables, peppers, onions and others I didn''t recognise. There was nothing that Brits would recognise, no toast, sausage, beans, bacon etc. There were fried eggs available if you asked, boiled eggs were on offer every day. I got down to breakfast early one morning & saw the toaster was plugged in, that was a first, but the bread wasn't the kind I'd expect to have for breakfast. On that same morning, I saw 2 cereal options, some kind of oats & chocolate ball shapes. At every meal there was a salad bar & I was amazed at how many guests (from Russia, Germany, Poland & Romania) opted for that. The same desserts were offerred up each lunch time & teatime, still have no idea what they were as they were all shaped differently but were the same thing. There was always hot drinks available from a machine which was mainly coffee but also had hot chocolate, which I loved. There were pots of tea & tea bags available along with fruit juices, orange, apple, pineapple & cherry. The hotel location is awful; there is no nightlife nearby, no ammenities, shops, or cafes. The nightly 'entertainment' and I use that word lightly consisted of the things like the waiters, three of them, doing the Macarena followed by some traditional Turkish dancing. There was Karaoke a few nights & listening to that was like being stabbed in the eyes with hot needles. Furthermore, the 'entertainment' went on till about 11pm every night. Below our room there was a football pitch that was used religioulsy, till after midnight on most nights but apparently it's not owned by the hotel so no control over the schedule or noise from the players or the ref's whistle. Thankfully the room had blackout curtains so the floodlights weren't a problem. From our room, I could see the beach & the main road but as we weren't facing the main road/ beach we didn't have the traffic noise that went on all night, according to the one other British couple who were staying at the hotel & were at the front of the hotel. The nearest town is Alanya, it's convenient to get there on the local bus and doesn't take long, you can use your card to pay, it's about 25p to get there but be warned don't overrun your return bus stop or you could face a 2.5km walk back to the hotel, which we found to our cost in 34° temperatures. The bus does also get very crowded on the return journey, so beware of the close proximity of fellow passengers. The hotel is very nice specially the view from the hotel is incredible. You see both the mountain and the beach at the same time. The people who work there are helpful and humble. There spa and wellness centre is fantastic. Overall we are happy the time we spent in the hotel.

I have never stayed at a worse hotel in my life. Staff was rude, and did not let us check in to begin with due to a misunderstanding where they thought we did not want to pay - this was not the case, we just did not want to pay full price for a airport transfer where we waited for over an hour on 1) the transfer itself (despite sharing flight information), apparently they could not find us??? and 2) on other passangers who had a waaay later arrival than us. In the room the balcony door did not close tight, so we had a lot of noice from the heavy trafficked road, especially during the night, and wind escaped through making it very cold. The aircondition did not work either... We did not have cleaning during our stay at all, because they came to clean at around 17.00/18.00 when we were getting ready for dinner, etc. There was not enough bed linen for three people and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper due to lack of housekeeping. Breakfast was nothing special and low quality... Spa was not open as stated on the info letter at check in - they excused it with the open hours being related to summer season, but we did not receive the open hours for "winter season". Gym was lacking equipment as per pictures and the rowing machine did not work. The indoor pool was not heated and very cold

Very nice hotel staff, always positive, especially Turgut, who was always very helpful to us. All of the staff members, despite working long hours, entertained guests in the evenings, which was really kind. I recommend this hotel!

Staff very friendly, always with a smile, everything was good, I am honestly we didn’t expected that could be so good. I really recommend , the food everything good, the grilled fish, lamb and chicken outside near to the pool, you can choose what you want, variety of salads. Because I stayed for 2 weeks, I didn’t drunk to much, in my opinion, we deserved one offer from the staff, like a cocktail sounds good, but not happened. 😤

On first day when we arrived our room was not ready at the midnight I asked about transfer from the airport as it's 2h was booked but nobody was waiting for us I had to find it by my own. Manager transfered us to another was when we don't get even after 18h trip bottle of water ac doesn't work and was so warm. When we arrived after 8am for a breakfast our room was still not ready we had to wait on a beach until noon. Food was not good not tasty cakes had lots of sugar not even some Turkish special food our cakes. Breakfast was completely disappointed and very simply not any note to Any foot what is this..in a room cleaning stuff changed only towels we spent 12 days and our sheets never was changed. We went for 2 days to Trip and we don't get clean towels I drop off them on the ground and noone changed them. Was dirty floor and never hovered. Mirror was never cleaned during all stay. We got room with sea view was was nice but that it's. Room was so noisy we could not sleep there. We heard everything from the street. Beach doesn't look nice not Sand there too much stones so it's not easy to walk into. I will not back there definitely. Drinks it's only beer or wine they charged €6-11 for some cocktails so it's completely overcharge. Only one girl from the reception can speak fluent English some guy talk to us Russian but I said that I don't understand I'm disappointed of this hotel I had to paid for first night but I even Was not there as they transferred to old hotel next too
