Customer service was great! Check in was smooth. Room was clean!!! Hotel in general was clean and nicely decorated!!!

They advertise a hot tub but it wasn't working. And the main reason why I got got the motel was for the hot tub is my son a special needs

The room was not clean. Trash on the floor. Sheet dirty with spots. Dust in corners. Bath sink counter dirty. Had to change rooms the next day. Not happy at all with Marriott.

We were given the room that hasn't been cleaned at all. waited for 45 minutes to get the room set up and the room was not cleaned well (carpet is not vacuumed at all).

Pros: Great breakfast, clean room, helpful staff. Cons: The hot tub was not working (they said it’s been out of order for over a month), used pool towels were in a mess on the floor, stairs needed vacuuming, the bathroom vanity and door in our room needed work, the small freezer in our room fridge had over an inch of ice built up and badly needed to be defrosted.

We stayed 1 night, and it was a good safe place to stay. Breakfast was good in the morning, and coffee/tea are available 24 hrs. The gym looked decent as well as the pool. Would we stay again... yes.

Hotel was a disappointment for a Marriot hotel. Old and dirty. The TV volume didn't work well.

Property is old and outdated. Room and bathroom needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Glad I had Clorox wipes to wipe bathroom down before using it. Hotel cleanliness was poor, dingy and dirty. Glad we only stayed one night.

Just not as clean as I expect. Corners of bathroom had hair in them and the windowsill hadn’t been dusted in forever. Otherwise, very nice. The room for bkfst was large and nicely decorated. The English muffins were very stale tho.
