It’s excellent hotel

in one sentence: amazing. a hotel like from a fairy tale. professional service, beautiful places, great rooms, fantastic cuisine, amazing experiences. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. Many pools, aquapark, quiet places. Everything 10pkt

Stayed with my family in April, the hotel is lovely and everything was kept very clean, credit to the cleaning staff as they were about all day keeping the whole place looking lovely. The food was repetitive but overall good with plenty of options, some nights the queues would be quite long and some guests would not queue, and would rather push in wherever they wanted to get food - very frustrating, it would be helpful to have staff during busy periods monitoring this. We found the entertainment very poor, on their website and on the jet2 website it says summer concept starts in April, so when we booked we was under the impression that the resort would have a full entertainment programme on, unfortunately this was not the case and only had live singers or karaoke on during the evening, which was overall boring and not very entertaining for a family with 2 kids. We didn’t see any daytime entertainment, only pool pilates. The kids club on the other hand was amazing, both my children enjoyed the club, especially my 11 year old. The staff there were great and the facilities were also really good. They had a good activity programme on and my son loved the football. As other people have also mentioned, the air con in the rooms is absolutely awful. Some night were very uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep. Our 1 year old daughter became very ill whilst we were there, which was absolutely no fault of the hotel, but after she came out of hospital we were struggling to keep her temperature down and having no proper air con became a big issue for us, luckily we had packed a travel fan and kept it on her, other wise I don’t think she could have coped with that heat. The staff at the hotel are friendly and work very hard, it was nice being able to scan a qr code and have drink orders brought to us on the sun loungers, although one day during our stay we ordered multiple times through with the qr code but our drinks never arrived? Getting a sun lounger in the mornings was a nigh**are, something really needs to be done about this, we really struggled even when going down early we would find most beds had towels on them already, and a lot of the time no one would use them for hours. The pools were really good, they were cold but absolutely didn’t bother us, was fine when your in and swimming around. Waffle and ice cream are available all day and these were great, especially the waffles! The snack bar at the beach was amazing and did lovely burgers, best place for lunch! The room we had was lovely looking and had nice decor, very clean, the housekeeping staff were very good and very lovely to our children and would always speak to them, we were on the 7th floor in room 1757, the only issue we had here was we had barely any space for clothes storage, we were in a room with 2 small doubles and a cot which was fine and we expected the room to be a little small with 4 of us staying (we didn’t pay extra for a family room so was expected) but we only had 1

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Nice room always well serviced. A little too noisy for us as music is very loud until 1am in the morning and keeps us awake even though we’re on the 9th floor. But - the hotel serves its purpose for us this time as usually we are in Belek and not seeking entertainment. Very child friendly - so if you are seeking a child friendly hotel with lovely food and plenty of entertainment then this hotel is for you.

First visit to Titanic Deluxe. The hotel does not disappoint. First impression was wow! Very clean, polite attentive staff, without being overbearing, plenty of choice of food. Even the main buffet restaurant, very fresh and plenty of choice. There are speciality restaurants also, completely different experience, excellent! First time at Titanic, won’t be the last.

Fabulous Hotel for a winter concept break. All our needs were met, food, drinks, weather and amenities were amazing. We came as a family of 3, with a 9 year old boy. The games room was fantastic we were lucky with the weather but even if we had bad weather there's enough to do. Ali in the lobby bar big shout out for his attentive service and top notch cocktails. The guest relations were spot on, a quick whats app message and they sorted whatever you wanted. We had a free italina meal which was very good but the steak house "wow" were quite snobby with steak but it was amazing best night ever so attentive and the house wine is delicious, the cocktails were fab the white Russian tastes just like a martini espresso and was delicious. We will definitely return, we have loved it. We have the NYE gala dinner tonight and so looking forward to this.

So far the best hotel I've been in Turkey. A real 5 star and food is stunning with lots of varities. Staff have always a warm smile on face and helpful. There is a welcoming reception and guest relations team. I'd say spending time at bowling bar was the best. Really loved all swimming pools and beach as well

From the first moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was very ok for us. Room was clean, with a good view. Minibar was ok. Beds ok. Services ok. Personal was very very ok. Food perfect. Kids place ok, indoor pool ok. Bar ok. Tea and turkish coffee were and will be unbelievable.

I wanna explain tis hotel in one word , perfect for holiday , all of stuff ard helpfull , all of room and lobby cleaned very well, we were happy with concept thank you for all of kind services and perfect food.
