The whole experience was fantastic. There for 2 weeks, first week was quite but really great. Second week got really busy with families of all ages. From arriving ( a bit of a mess up, as we ordered a sea view. Soon sorted) From then on we had a fabulous time, meals good, entertainment team are the best we've encountered, from waiters, bar staff to hotel management are so friendly and professional. The fixtures and fittings are amazing and the bedrooms are huge in comparison to many hotels in Europe. Not many places have a double seated shower and steamroom in your bathroom. One special mention to Mr Onur Sayin who really gave us the best of attention, abd of course the whole animation team. Well done guys. Can't wait to get back.

I came with my mum, was family friendly and had various pools and slides to accommodate everyone needs Food was good and had a wide selection. Stay was really good, rooms were very clean ,lots of different activities. Arif was really helpful and accommodating

Lovely staff, amazing hotel to stay at. The beach and pool was the best experience. I would definatley come back to stay here again when I come antalya. The food here was also nice with a wide variety of desert options. Thank you to the staff here, Guldane was really nice.

My daughter had a lovely time at the kids club. They have lots of friendly staff to play with the children and they do craft activities everyday. There is a big new indoor and outdoor play area which is secure. Thank you to the Mini club team Duygu chef, Özlem , Rabia, Yiğit Can & Tolga

I honestly can’t express how amazing this hotel is I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews I never wanted to leave , the rooms are stunning the whole place is spotless the staff are absolutely out of this world I would honestly go back there in a heartbeat, if I had to make any small little changes it would only be that when you eat in the normal buffet restaurant you have to order your drinks you can’t go up and get them so you can be waiting a long time on someone taking your order or sometimes you wouldn’t get asked at all if it was too busy but other than that this place is incredible and please don’t let the bad reviews put you off because it’s out of this world :))

Zehra at the reception is very helpful and extremely professional. She always greets every customers with a big smile and is always helpful. Extra top marks for this kind lady which makes it a even great place to come and stay at this luxurious hotel
