My daughter ended up in hospital the night before we get to the hotel phoned you to change my booking or refund you just rejected my request

Hôtel moyen.. pas de balcon dans la chambre triple, service étage à contrôlé vraiment c’est pas logique de demander à la réception pour venir nettoyer la chambre .. bonne continuation pour toute l’équipe !

It was really a very beautiful hostel and a wonderful reception. There was a wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and there was also a variety of different and delicious foods, and also clean rooms, and it was really nice to sleep in. It was a beautiful holiday.

I was in hotel soviva resort is nice hotel and everything is amazing, reception, food is healthy , room is very organised and clean and i like the atmosphere here, animation team are very kind and friendly special mr oussama always help us and nice men , we will come back here

I visit hôtel soviva its Amazing hôtel .. Good food,good room,bearful décoration in Evry place in this hôtel ,Big Pool , Amazing animation team ..Mr''Fares ,''Rayen ''Ossema ''Maryem ''sisko they make a good Vibe to make as feel good and happy all thé Time I Hope i will visit soviva again

All the praise and best words to one of the best animation team especially Mr Fares Pica Rayan Willy Usama and Sisco from Soviva Resort hotel in Port el Kantaoui Tunisia. The food is delicious and the restaurant staff is so kind. The reception staff Hada is very helpful person and always smiling.
