It was nice stay. Food was very delicious. Staff was very courteous. Only one thing i didn't like was if you booked online with breakfast room then there was no buffet breakfast in the hotel. You have to choose one dish from menu and you have to pay extra for curd, tea etc. The menu was only poha, poori bhaji, ch-ole bhature and parathas (gobi and alu.

Pratap Mahal is a beautiful resort midway between Ajmer and Pushkar, making visits to both places easy. The place is quiet, green and has the Aravallis in the background. The greenary was specially true because of the recent rains. Highlights of the resort are: 1. An excellent spa (Akasa) - I wiuld like to personally thank Vino, Anam and Huto for their love and support, especially to my 81 year old father 2. An excellent team of Sufi singers who sing every evening 3. A beautiful marble courtyard where you can see 2 peacocks almost every morning 4. Fauzia before our arrival and Sadhna after our arrival helped us check in. As per my special request for my father, we were provided a room on the top floor near the elevator that had an excellent outside view of the mountains. 5. The breakfast and dinners were awesome. I thank the brealfast chef, Mr Narpat, the khullar tea setter from Pushkar, Mr Kalu and the whole food and beverage team, with a special mention for Sapna, Jitendra and Hargovind for taking good care of my father and me. 6. I thank Mr Jai for suggesting and Mr Pappu Singh in the security services for guiding me for an excellent trek through the mountains to a temple near a waterfall. It was a moderate level trek and could be a huge attraction for the resort. 7. The open swimming pool was excellent. The lifeguard was helpful and courteous. 8. The vintage red Austin on the front porch is a unique feature. My father and I enjoyed getting into the car and getting photographed. Addition of a few activities like yoga services and these trekking activities would be a very valuable addition to the in-house attractions of the resort. Mr Vikas Meena and Mr Munna from the security services told me that small excursions to nearby farmhouses could be made. I chose the Aravalli trek aa i was there for a very short while.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in ALL of India! And we’ve stayed amazing places. We host retreats here traveling India every year and the quality and service of this hotel was beyond incredible. The rooms were spectacular. The attention to detail from the staff is what made the stay so special. From the meals to evening ritual they brought us essential oils, they gave my daughter incredible attention and toys and service. I mean really the entire staff is the best staff I’ve experienced in this entire country. Truly truly remarkable. Can’t thank them all enough. So excited to come back next year! Thank you!

The best thing about the hotel is the roof terrace and restaurant. Such a lovely place to sit and gaze out across the town. The food, including breakfast, was delicious, the service excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of Pushkar, only a few minutes walk from the ghats.

ผผู้เข้าพักI was visiting Pushkar and opted to stay at a Zostel because I had been following Zostel's advertisements on Social Media platforms and thought to give it a try. The way they keep advertising a fun stay, is absolute nonsense in real life. I will first try to explain how ZOSTEL PUSHKAR's building is designed. There is a lobby on the ground floor, and the building has maybe 3 floors on top of that. The lobby area is like a well if overlooked from other floors, meaning, you can see the lobby from any floor. The lobby is at the center and rest of the floors are on top of that but surrounding it. Sort of like a typical Indian hostel. Maybe you will get a better idea of what I am saying if you look at the pictures they have on their website. I reached Zostel in the morning and I had booked a Deluxe room, and it turned out that the room had NO ventilation. Absolutely zero ventilation. There was one window which was facing the INTERIORS of the zostel, so facing the corridors, which is absolutely useless because you cannot open that window or else everyone walking by can look inside your room. This was just the beginning of my horrible stay. The other guests were enjoying over loud, hammering music all day. I did not object it as I thought that they will at least stop in the evening. I couldn't be more wrong. The guests never stopped their music which they were playing in the COMMON AREAS of the property, and they were never asked not to either. This nuisance lasted till 12:30 AM. I could not sleep because of such noise. Also, around 11 PM, The ZOSTEL STAFF started bursting crackers because it was Diwali. That lasted for so long that I had to go down and ask them to stop ASAP. At 1 AM, THE ZOSTEL STAFF tuned on to a TV SERIAL, on the Television that is located in the center of the lobby, at FULL volume. I could not take it anymore, and I barged out of my room, loud enough that they would here me. They turned down the volume just after looking at how furious I was, but never turned the TV off. After this disturbing stay, I booked a room at a resort for the next day and left. I do not suggest staying at Zostel Pushkar.

I planned my pushkar visit with my husband's birthday here. The beauty of the pushkar retreat resort is mesmerizing. It offers a lot of privacy and gives you many options to hv your food. The food preparation is finger licking. Also, the staff is ever ready to assist for each thing. They hv a lot of decoration options available which you can opt for. We also got lot of candid photography clicked here. They have a kids play area too. Overall an awesome place for a celebration dinner. Thanks to Mr. Vijay for getting everything arranged well.

Pero hay muchos detalles que tienen que mejorar: El primer día había en la habitación una botella de agua (aunque caliente), pero el segundo día no la dejaron; así que, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la pidiéramos al restaurante. Tuvimos que explicarles (como pudimos, porque los chicos que mandan a la habitación no hablan inglés, solo hindi) que el agua no era para beber, era para lavarnos los dientes porque no podemos hacerlo con el agua del grifo. En todos los hoteles de India menos en este nos han puesto agua en la habitación para lavarnos los dientes y para beber. El primer día solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha en la habitación y es una habitación para dos personas; así que, tuvimos que pedir otro. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, dijimos en recepción que cuando la limpiaran dejaran dos botes de gel y toallas de manos, porque solo había de ducha, pero cuando llegamos solo había un bote y no había toallas de manos. Tuvimos que volver a pedir las toallas y otro bote de gel y explicarles que cada persona necesita un bote porque son pequeños. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque había muy poco en la habitación. El primer día no había agua caliente en la ducha; así que, mi novio se duchó con agua fría. Antes de ducharme yo, llamé a recepción para decir que no había agua caliente, nos la dieron y yo me pude duchar con agua caliente. Al día siguiente otra vez no había agua caliente; así que, antes de ducharnos, llamamos a recepción para pedirla, vinieron a intentar darla, pero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y no salía caliente; así que, nos cansamos de esperar y nos duchamos los dos con agua fría. Al bajar a la recepción para hacer el check out lo comentamos y nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado otra vez, ¿cuántas veces tenemos que pedir agua caliente para que nos la den? Hay nevera pero no funciona. La habitación ya estaba pagada por la aplicación en la que la reservamos, pero al hacer el check out nos hicieron esperar para ver si había algún cargo más y nos intentaron cobrar cargos del restaurante que no eran nuestros, ya que no habíamos pedido nada. Trajeron primero un tique, luego otros dos... No saben ni de quién son los tiques del restaurante. ¡Es increíble! Les dijimos que no podíamos perder más tiempo porque nos salía el tren y nos fuimos.
