Very friendly staff.
Facilities are very dirty. Furniture is shabby.
Included breakfast is poor and everything costs extra. 
2600 mex pesos for single occupancy is by far too expensive

The property was very relaxing and tranquil but very conveniently located near the Malecon,restaurants and shops. We were very impressed with the staff and service. Will definitely be returning on our next stay in Ajijic!

We had very bad experince at this hotel with the unprofessional customer service. Ajijiic is wonderful but this is horrible! Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en este hotel con el servicio al cliente poco profesional. Ajijiic es maravilloso, ¡pero esto es horrible!

Supposedly I booked the best room of this “boutique hotel”. No blackouts in the room, which don’t allow you to rest properly, since a lot of light enters through the windows, since really early. The AC won’t work efficiently nor correctly, and we heard loud noises on the wall or ceiling, each 9 minutes. That doesn’t permit a nice peaceful sleep.

Service was excellent, food was delicious. Location is convenient, walkable and close to the lake. Garden and amenities are very well kept.
