Excellent location, clean rooms and courteous staff..willing to accomodate late check outs and early check in...ideally located in the heart of the city..restaurant has excellent food...highly recommended

The staff is very bad They deal in bad faith I was promised 2500 including gst per night When I got there they denied it I had the recording of the conversation which the accepted but denied my stay

It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India.
This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with *******. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station).
