Chegamos, fomos super bem recebidos. Atendimento nesse hotel é algo extremamente bom. No entanto nossa suite cheirava mto ruim. Achamos que seria só por estar fechada. Abrimos tudo, ligamos o ar e saímos, ao voltarmos estava horrível. Pedi assistência na recepção, o primeiro atendente não foi nada prestativo. Ligamos uma segunda vez e o atendente Marcos Vinícius nos atendeu, dai pra frente foi só solução. Rsrs. Recebemos as camareiras que constantaram entupimento no banheiro. Chamaram a manutenção em instantes, mas não satisfeitas, nos mudaram de quarto, nos instalaram certinho e dai pra frente tudo otimo. Especialmente agradecendo a pessoa da Agata que foi mto solicita. Comida excelente, piscina mto limpa. As duas inclusive. O restaurante é um show. Td mto organizado. Enfim, por isso damos 5 estrelas. Pq tivemos tudo solucionado e não precisamos nos estressar com nada nem ninguém. RECOMENDAMOS

Tudo muito bom local tranquilo e limpo o quarto estava limpo e já pronto na hora que chegamos as piscinas são boas e as refeições são bem servidas nossa a cada dia algo mais saboroso toalhas das piscinas sempre limpas e bebidas com valor justo logo logo voltarei.

Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado, hotel antigo, em fase de modernizacao. quarto grande, cama muito confortavel. Piscinas aquecida e outra externa climatizada. fizemos reserva com pensao completa, as refeicoes com cardapio variado e muito saboroso. O atendimento impecavel, quero deixar um elogio especial ao funcionario Lucas, incansavel em bem servir. Adorei a estadia.

Otima, gosto muito do hotel, todos da recepcao sao muito atenciosos e prestativos, os garcons, muito simpaticos e um em especial ( Lucas) sempre sorrindo, de bom humor , e muito prestativo, e muito bom ser servido por pessoas com um bom humor, a tdndencia do hotel guarani e crescer cada vez mais com uma equipe de um modo geral, sem esquecer das camareiras tambem que sao muito prestativas, os senhores que ficam no estacionamento tambem. Enfim a equipe do hotel e muito boa.

Estadia muito boa, desde a cordialidade e atenção dos colaboradores, a comida, pessoal da recreação, tudo excelente. Única crítica deixo em relação ao estacionamento, que poderia ser meljorado, para acessá-lo tem que dar a volta no quarteirão, sem contar que é muito estreito o acesso, tive que deixar meu carro na parte descoberta, pois a área interna estava lotada. Fizeram até um "mapa" para indicar como chegar, sem contar que aparenta estar em obras.

Não nos colocaram no quarto o qual fizemos nossa reserva,fomos colocados em um quarto menor. Cama de péssima qualidade,box velha que fica se soltando a noite não deixando a gente dormir em paz. A única parte satisfatória do hotel é a comida as refeições são ótimas. Os horários das piscinas são ruins,e as piscinas tem um tamanho normal.
