The hotel structure and secoration, except for the spa area, needs an upgrade, it is a trip back to 2003/2005. The room was ok, bathroom had a clear ventilation problem and the mirror needed to be changed (had dark spots) Staff was really nice and helpful all the time, but I do have a complaint. Nobody requested our documents at the check-in, I had my baby daughter, and they didn't even request her documents. This was a huge concern. Spa area is really modern and nice, they didn't had clean towels when we visited

Foi melhor que o esperado. Gostamos de tudo, o hotel, a limpeza, a piscina, o SPA que é incluso na tarifa e muito bom por sinal. Apesar de simples, as comidas são ótimas, muitas opções de sobremesa, inclusive com sorvete disponível em todas as refeições. Os funcionários do restaurante e recepção são muito simpáticos e a dupla da animação (Colmeia e Farofa) são muito divertidos, todas as noite tiveram atividades para as famílias. Só senti falta de um espaço melhor para as crianças, a parte de recreação e brinquedos estão meio que "abandonados" na sala. Para quem gosta de fazer compras, o hotel fica muito perto de Monte Sião a capital nacional do tricot.

Incrível!!! Estrutura, alimentação, monitoria e alimentação. Os atendentes são excelentes. Oscar Bernardi um ser humano simpático. Meu filho de 8 anos adorou. Campos incríveis. Nota 10 Sugestão Colocar um varal para estender a roupa molhada .

Estádia excelente, quartos e camas confortáveis, lugar extremamente limpo, funcionários muito gentis, prestativos e educados...Comida excelente, em todas as refeições, ampla variedade, fresquinhas, sobremesas deliciosas...Nós sentimentos em casa, voltaremos mais vezes com toda certeza! Parabéns pelo zelo e respeito com a natureza, continuem assim !

Funcionários excelentes e prestativos. Massagem terapeutica muito boa feita pela Renata. O SPA muito bom e sempre limpo. Carpadio muito variado e os pratos bem preparados. A piscina externa ampla e sempre limpa. O ar condicionado que estava um pouco barulhento. Recomendo.

como sempre, passar os dias no hotel foi excelente, trouxe conforto, paz, natureza e muitos momentos de alegria com minha família. Destaco o serviço atencioso e divertido dos funcionários, em especial do bar interno, os dois times de recreação, pessoal da recepção e garçons e um parabéns também ao time da cozinha, que doces vocês fazem, amei tudo. Ainda, quero mandar o meu muito obrigada as moças da massagem, foram ótimas!

Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Lugar limpo e organizado. Sr Oscar excelente dono, muito gente boa sem contar que tem história do nosso futebol. Para quem gosta de futebol um lugar de memória. A alimentação foi ótima todos os dias. Quartos e hotel sempre limpos e organizados.
