Hotel Rashmi

It s very near to taj mahal. Fantastic taj view. Very neat and clean room. Room service is excellent. Excellent environment for family trip. Hotel ***ager is very helpful and well ***nered. Easy to find taxi to visit Agra. Guide service s also available.

Rashmi hotel is good and service is so good and staff very helpful location is good food quality is better and reception service gajab. Rooftop Taj view amazing nearest of tajmahal . Room service is to good.

The staff at the hotel are helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was good. However, the Wi-Fi sometimes would cut out, making it a little problematic to rely on. Overall, it was good value for money.

This place is great! It is so close to the Taj Mahal. We enjoyed the hot shower in the morning. The elevator was very nice so we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs. They have a dining area where we can watch the people walking by. The food was very tasty and at a reasonable price. While we were checking in, we saw they had a friendly dog. With their permission, we were able to play with the dog. Very nice place overall.

We went to take have a drink after Taj Mahal visit. Even though it’s well located, the service is very bad. They indicate fake prices (high prices), they lies on products and prices even after the service and no one care of you.

Literally the only good thing about this place is it's location, but trust me, anything is better than this! We got to our rooms at at first glance, nothing was amiss except that it smelled damp. The lights were turned away down with a bluish glow. After turning on the lights, it was clear that there were not even clean sheets on the bed. The comforter and sheets were smeared with oil stains as well as smudges of brown and dark orange, and it certainly did not pass the sniff test!!! The sheets were so disgusting that it would be hard to imagine that they were washed within the last few guest stays. I check on my friend who went to her own room to use the bathroom. Her sheets and comforter were even more atrocious, and she said that there was so much urine on the toilet seat that she had to scrub it off with the sani wipes she'd brought from home. The filth was so incredibly disturbing that we decided that we couldn't stay there and decided to leave; however, they would not give us a refund. Luckily we were out only a few US dollars, but when we tried to pay in rupees, the wouldn't give us change! I had to go across the street to buy a soda to make change for a 500 rupee note because there was no way in hell they were getting even a fraction of a dime more from us. Hostel World's reviews (which was how we booked it) are absolutely untrue. There's no way this place could redeem itself. If I could give this hotel a negative review, I would. Spare yourself! Literally go anywhere else!

Muy muy mal. Hotel muy sucio. Sábanas con diversas ***chas, suelos muy sucios, wc sin fregar, toallas también sucias. Es muy desagradable. El peor hotel en que he estado en India. El personal es muy desagradable también. Nada recomendable.
