有點鄉村風，很安靜也很乾凈，房間非常大。
出門就是一家米其林餐廳，還有一家美式steak house

Dit hotel was nog volop in verbouwing. Dat was niet duidelijk bij de boeking. Het was echt een halve bouwval. Bovendien kwam het allemaal heel onprofessioneel over. De kamer die we geboekt hadden voor mindervaliden was zeker niet geschikt. Ruimte was groot genoeg, maar de douche nauwelijks bereikbaar. Bovendien liep het water uit de badkamer in plaats van richting de afvoer. We hebben dus meer moeten dweilen dan kunnen douchen. Dit probleem direct gemeld, maar het werd niet opgelost. Het zwembad is niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers omdat er overal trappen zijn.

Very tired hotel. Location if you dont have transport is very very poor. No buses nearby and taxi's in general in Agen are extremely sp**** and very unreliable. Our room had an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom sink. There was o ly one bath towel for two of usThere were no tea bags or milk cartons on the welcome tray and when I went down to reception, they didnt have any English tea bags either. We were supplied with another towel and some milk cartons. The terrace and swimming pool looked uninviting. No work surface for food prep in the room we were in so all needed to be done on the table.

Hotel room and furniture and appointments excellent. Unfortunately no hot water day 2 and day 3. No apology from management. Just the French shrug.
Rather spoiled everything.

Parking sécurisé sans l’être vraiment. Accueil avec sourire et gentillesse. Chambres rénovées mais pas les salles de bains qui gardent encore les stigmates des vieilles années baignoires. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. Petit déjeuner correct mais salle trop petite pour tous les clients qui se présentent plus ou moins dans le même créneaux horaire. Proximité d’un très bon restaurant Hippopotamus.
