部屋はまぁ値段相応の設備かと思いました。清潔度は高かったと思いますが、ぬるい湯しか出ませんでした。ドライヤーが見当たりませんでした。安いので相応なんですが、五つ星ホテルというのは疑問です。
ジム、サウナ、マッサージを利用しました。ジムの音がうるさかったです。サウナは良かった。マッサージルームはジムのそばにあり、うるさくてリラックスできなかった。
レストランはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Palace for the second time. The rooms are large and the location is great. The price is affordable as well and the staff are very friendly and attentive. If I return to Addis, I will definitely stay at the Grand Palace.

The hotel is really best The receptionists specially tizta and aster are the best the hotels cleanliness is out of expectation the room was clean nice and spacious also the breakfast offered with a wife variety of foods the staff were friendly and helpful the location is just perfect

Visiting Ethiopia during war time isn't always easy,you don't see a lot of tourists. The Hotel was really good staff were super friendly and helpful ,we really enjoyed our time here, would highly recommend. 5/5. And don't go to Mercato by yourself if you are a tourist

Great room, great pillows and a really friendly staff! The gym is well equipped and the overall style of the hotel is really appealing. In the lobby a hangout accompanied by some jazz music is definitely worth it. Other than that, the immediate surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for food and drinks.
