The Hotel is on a Hill, and you`ll need to be fit to get up to it from the main Road, as there are no Public Buses that gets to it. You`re better off taking a local Taxi/Uber.

the room temp control doesn't work and they wont change our room saying all room doesn't have room temp control so its freezing to sleep and the extra bed comfort is dirty, the room smells food randomly and also we because of the loud club we couldn't find parking or sleep

We spent over 300,000 birr for graduation cermoney last week but the service we received from the so called Manager was very disappointing and unprofestional . He just isn't FIT to be a manager at all. Him and his assistance (she is a women) doesn't communicate at all. Very unorganized and rude. We were promissed the top floor which was 9th (that is the best room they have) but the manager and his assistance made last minute changes and put us on the 7th floor. They didn't keep their promise . They don't even know how many people 9th floor can fit. If the manager doesn't even know how many people each floor can fit, then they shouldn't deserve to be a manager. We asked to talk to the owner but he refused to give us the owners contact . They gave us only 2 waitress for 72 people. The beer was warm and dusty. The DJ was actually NOT a DJ. He was an electrician acting as a DJ. What kind of hotel does this???? Guess what? On the actual day, the manager turned his phone off and disappeared . What a manager!!! Simply put this hotel SUCKS! Spend you money some where else where managers actually keep their promisses and treat you with respect . We will NEVER ever go back to this hotel .

Most of the things in the spa were not working. We booked it to enjoy the spa. The pool was cold.

Very safe and clean all employees nice and friendly specially front desk & serves they really doing excellent job they make you very comfortable to stay i am very happy to stay for 3 weeks & i can't wait again to stay this hotel next month 🙌

This was our 3rd time staying here and sadly the service has gone down. Room was very comfortable except for a sharp metal piece coming out of the floor. The second bed we requested didn't arrive until 11pm. There was a wedding occurring on our arrival that produced very loud music until way into the night. Breakfast was cold and looked like leftovers from the wedding (wilted fruits, etc.) When we started to play a card came in the lobby while waiting for the airport shuttle, we were informed that games were NOT allowed!!! The bar had no white wine the entire weekend. The overall quality and service has declined while the price on ********* remained consistent. We did have massages in the spa and Merrit was terrific! Sadly, will not be staying here next trip.
