Hayvan Dostu Otel. Merhaba, 2 gece konaklama yaptığımız otelimizden memnun olarak ayrıldık. Evcil hayvanımızla birlikte konakladık. Girişte evcil hayvanımız için gecelik konaklama ücreti ve bir kereye mahsus oda dezenfekte ücreti verdim. Evcil hayvanınızla bulunabileceğiniz ayrı bir plaj bulunmakta, fakat pet kabul edilen restoran maalesef yok. Otelin her noktasında yürüyüş yapılabilir köpeğinizle. Otelin artı ve eksileri; +Yemekleri, plajı, güler yüzlü personellerinin olması, temizliği ***et yeterli. -Otel tamamen yokuşlu olarak konumlandığı için, ring seferleri arttırılabilir. Büyük plaja yakın havlu alım noktası eklenebilir.(insan merdiven inip çıkmaktan havlu noktasına gitmek bile istemiyor:)). Odaları havalandırabilmek adına pencere eklenebilir, kapıyı açık bırakıp havalandırmak olmuyor, doğanın göbeğinde bir otel. Gece etkinlikleri arttırılabilir. Karasinek biraz fazla, ama buna pek yapabilecek bir şey yok gibi. Genel anlamda gidilip kalınabilecek bir otel. Teşekkürler Marmaris Bay Resort.

Die ganze Anlage ist absolut im grünen Paradies, leider ist es für ältere oder Gehbehinderte Menschen überhaupt nichts. Je nach dem wo man sein Zimmer bekommt muss man 50 bis 80 Treppen laufen und dies natürlich mehrmals am Tag. Aber wenn jemand damit kein Problem hat ist die Lage super und sehr Ruhig. Ca. 10 km außerhalb von Marmaris, ohne Auto wird es Teuer mit dem Taxi in die Stadt zu kommen. Es ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, nur leider ist das Buffet nicht besonders, man findet zwar immer was ,das ist nicht das Problem. Aber die Touristen die 5 Sterne Hotel bei Antalya gewohnt sind, die müssen viele Abstriche machen. Es gibt kein Nachmittags Buffet mit Kuchen oder Snacks. Vom Privaten Strand hat man leider immer den Blick direkt auf einen großen Hafen, auch nicht jeder Mann Sache. Wir waren Zufrieden mit allem , waren aber auch Ende Oktober vor Ort. In der Hauptsaison muss es dort eine Katastrophe sein, wahrscheinlich sind dann Morgens um 7 Uhr schon die wenigen Liegen am schmalen Privatstrand schon belegt und man hat den ganzen Tag den Lärm vom Hafen. Wie gesagt Außerhalb der Saison jeder Zeit.

We were looked after very well, all the staff without exception were wonderfully kind and helpful. My husband and I can’t praise the reception staff, Yigithan, Atabeck, Necdet and others enough. Our buggy drivers, Mustafa, Yavus and Matt gave us excellent service and a lot of enjoyment on the perilous drives many times a day! Every member of staff (too many to mention) are a credit to this hotel, they made our 2 week stay at The Marmaris Bay Resort simply wonderful, the location of this resort is amazing, set amongst a pine forest overlooking a beautiful marina, it is just jaw dropping beautiful, do come and enjoy!!!

We've found it difficult to rate and write this review as the hotel is good in most aspects apart from service, which unfortunately lets it down so much it overrides all the positives. They've had a rocky start to the season, and the inconsistency on site is reflected in the varied range of Tripadvisor reviews you'll read. Setting: Glorious as ever. Unique forest setting, trees, flowers, birds, nature, sea - all beautiful. Best sunsets, lovely breeze...it's a stunning location. Restaurant: With the exception of the FANTASTIC Diyar (who should be commended, promoted or put to good use training other staff) we found the restaurant service and staff very inconsistent. They're short staffed and we felt sorry for some of the better waiters who were working their socks off to try and keep everyone happy. We saw waiters hiding behind the scenes on their phones to avoid having to deal with the chaos. Others were like rabbits in headlights as they hadn't been properly trained. Finding your own cutlery, clearing tables and having to locate glasses and cups because there simply weren't any (whatever time we went) is just not good enough for this star level of hotel. Wine glasses were a shortage, with guests being served wine in pint glasses (not that I was going to complain about that!!) As others have noted, it made meal times not very relaxing (which is a real shame as the food is excellent). Don't go expecting a four or five star experience with restaurant service. The staff should be trained and better managed - it's not their fault. We thought the food was varied and a good standard - it had a Turkish slant which is brilliant for us but perhaps not to everyone's taste. I loved the pide man who humoured me everyday as I tried out my Turkish, and the egg lady who was always very smiley. Zest bar: With the exception of brilliant Burak on drinks, the other staff at the Zest snack bar seemed incapable of taking a food order - the system here simply doesn't work and needs better management and communication. Guests don't understand how to order (table service, or not?) and staff walk past people who have sat there for ages wanting to order. Food was OK. Grill a la carte: The grill restaurant is not your usual a la carte - you have to choose from a small set menu of mains in advance when you make your booking. The service here was even worse than the other restaurants. The atmosphere was very strange, it was like eating in an airport canteen. The whole a la carte grill restaurant setting, menu, and staff needs a rethink for it to meet the star level of the hotel. We've travelled around Turkey extensively and love Turkish food. Unfortunately we were unable to eat our main course, the lamb was just too tough. To salvage something from our night, we left before dessert and went downstairs to the social bar - where we made some lovely friends, so all was not lost! This is our 3rd trip to Marmaris bay resort and while it won't be our last, I won't rush back. Our first trip in 2022 was absolutely out of this world, I couldn't believe we had found such a gem for a bargain price. So much so we brought my parents over with us last year and they loved it (while we thought it had gone downhill a little from the previous year) nevertheless we came back this year for another year and have unfortunately found it's gotten worse again. By no means is it terrible, it's hard not to compare it to that first year. I think anyone new coming along will still think it's amazing, and it is. It's just changed sadly. For what you pay, this really is an amazing hotel. It just seems to have cut on staff and the evening entertainment is not as good as it was, no special cocktails each evening as before. I would still really recommend this place, it's such a lovely setting and there is plenty to do for a chilled out holiday.

This place was just a peaceful paradise ! Everything I remember when visiting 8 years previous. The room was clean and tidy, very spacious. The staff all over the resort from reception, cleaners and waiters were welcoming and extremely friendly. The food was unreal! Always a great choice at meal times. Even loved the face that you now put on a midnight snack. The resort is picturesque. From amazing sun stop down on the bay to even the balcony looking out over the ocean. What made our holiday even more spectacular was the entertainment team (aka the Turkish delights) . Always engaging, always chatty and always up for a laugh. Never stopped laughing from the moment you heard Bobby on the mic (Wakey Wakey time) your entertainment team are top notch. All over your resort there is something for everyone. We’ve been home a week and we’re already looking to book to come back next year again. Thank you for a great holiday.

We are home now after a fabulous two week holiday at this beautiful resort and our first time in Turkey. Everywhere is spotless and the rooms were clean and confortable, staff were very attentive and very friendly and could'nt do enough for you. The entertainment was very good and the entertainments team worked very hard, a big shout out to Bobby & Diego for that. Food was decent, especially desserts which were delicious. A special mention to the girl who served the ice cream at the pool bar who had the most infectious smile. Only downside was too many steps, definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, although the buggy boys are happy to take anyone around the resort.

As many other reviewers have already mentioned, service is not the best here. It is very understaffed and the staff members that you do encounter aren't very well trained and seemed overwhelmed. Everything felt chaotic. Be prepared to queue for drinks and wait, wait , wait for any kind of drinks service. The restaurant service is probably the worse I have encountered with length waiting times. Once again, probably due to lack of staff. Meal times aren't great and we didn't enjoy them. The hotel benefits from a very pretty location but the service is the worst I have encountered.

Would highly recommend to any adults looking for a nice relaxing holiday, lovely area, hotel really nice, food and drink was good, most of the staff was really helpful and friendly.. scenery was lovely, couldn't really ask for much more for a nice quiet relaxing holiday.. only small negative is depending on which room you get, you could have quite a walk to you room up alot of steps and ramps, but they do offer a golf cart buggy to and from rooms so doesn't reflect to negative on the hotel, will definitely go back in the future..
