No cot was given for our 2 year old boy do he had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR FOR 2 NIGHTS. Also my wife's medication was near the bed and when we got back it wasn't there so the cleaners nicked it. The start were QUITE Rude. We would like some compassion

Very clean & nicely decorated. Beds were extremely comfy. Adam on reception was incredibly helpful and went above & beyond offering some suggestions on where to eat and checking on us. Would stay there again - within walking distance of station & King George’s Hall.

Room was so clean and comfy, the bathroom was 5 star all day, I have the misfortune of staying in many hotels due to my job, this was by far the best I’ve stayed in, not just recently but ever, please keep doing what you’re doing as it works, great for the concert hall, a 3min walk!

What a brilliant hotel. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and it’s rare to find one as good as this. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, well fitted and comfortable. Parking onsite is easy and there are some great restaurants nearby for dinner. It’s my favourite hotel in Blackburn.

I can not thank the amazing staff at this beautiful Hotel enough for their service and care. My parents and Uncle stayed here last week, they sadly lost their Brother and were over for his funeral. From my first phone call, to them booking out on Saturday , what can I say. Exceptional is not enough to express their care professionalism and all round service. They even accommodated myself, my son and nephew who had travelled just for the day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. well done everyone and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Central location with free parking. The Cathedral was just a few minutes walk away. A few ******* - the car park is small and many warning signs of penalty charges, it is also not clearly signposted as the hotel car park; there was no toilet roll, soap or shelving in the bathroom. It was a hot evening and there was no air conditioning or fan in the room. On asking, toilet roll and soap were brought to us but no fan - the last available fan had been given to another guest room.
