like the location. hotel is old and it is true, you get what you pay for. Staff in general did not know the answers to our questions although they were nice and wanting to help...

Terrible terrible experience with Airport View Hotel. After confirming multiple times via email and over the phone: airport pickup, check-in time, and number of rooms booked, they left my clients at the airport at 4am, refused to check them in, overcharged for an additional room, and seemed to have no communication with other staff about any of these things. I would never book this hotel again.
