The staff were exceptional, and very helpful. The food and dining staff were great and very accommodating. The room incredible, the amenities were great, and 110% experience if traveling with children. Will definitely be back soon.....

The pillow in the hotel is the most fluffy pillow I've ever slept on I really like the place,the food not much all the staff are very good always attentive.i love to come back to Ghana this hotel is a beautiful place.......................m.

I was traveling with 3 colleagues all female. We extended a weeklong work trip to Nigeria with a weekend leisure trip to Accra Ghana. The hotel is centrally located a short drive to the airport and includes breakfast. The rooms were all one bedroom suites with enclosed balconies and EVERY convenience (including a butler). We felt like royalty! The staff were friendly and accommodating! We spent most of our brief stays out on tours but got to enjoy 2 dinners in the restaurant and one atop the Sky Bar restaurant nearby. The butler showed us the penthouse and larger rooms and event spaces. It’s a stellar experience!

Right from the beginning, I knew that I’d have a good experience. Anita was very good and I felt relaxed and comfortable during the whole massage, I would definitely be visiting here again for a massage and I will specifically ask for Anita again.

My masseuse was gifty. I came with my husband, the residence was really nice to begin with, they had a really nice pool and waiting area assisted by Annabelle. They was so welcoming and professional to begin with and don’t let me start on the massage. It was so relaxing and peaceful, I have never felt so good after a massage in my life and I get them very often. I will be recommending this spa and will be back.

Kwarleyz residence offers great reception, magnificent hospitality, and safe haven at a great location. The staff are very kind, courteous, and above all very professional who are always willing and ready to help. Our butler Mark, is such a remarkable professional who was always at our service. Kwarleyz residence has such a responsive and responsible staff right from the general manager to the director of operations, the front desk, kitchen staff, butlers, the amazing housekeeping staff, laundry personnel and security personnel. Great experience overall!

Had a lovely experience at Kwaleyz residence. The rooms were neat, the food was good and there was a nice pool area as well. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. It was easy to get around to town as well since it was very well situated. I will be going back.
