Stayed there for a wedding, nice place with good service!

Pool was nice. Ladies Changing rooms dirty and unkept.
Room was cold, only heater was a plug in oil heater took a while to warm up.
Breakfast was good quailty and friendly cleaning/breakfast room staff.

Nicely presented room clean and comfy. Staff were very attentive. Pool looked nice but didn’t get chance to try it. However property was cold and draughty food was tasteless and poor quality.

Lovely hotel, will definitely be booking to stay there again in the future, staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and well presented. Thank you all at Milton Hill for a lovely stay :)

Needs an update. Have stayed a few times and each time have had issues with showers and taps not working just needs upgrades.

Room was clean and warm and comfortable.The swimming pool was pleasant. The dining room unfortunately was cold.Breakfast was very good.

All the staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient.
The leisure centre was relaxing and spotless although I would have liked the jacuzzi to have been a little hotter.
The hotel is very interesting with many small lounges. The hotel is easy to find and has lovely views and grounds.

We were really pleased with the room but after checking in we were directed to garden quarter, well I thought we were going in another hotel entrance not a dirty old block that looks like a block of old flats, its dark dismal and dangerous for a woman on her own , we never had our breakfast there because we were not told where the restaurant was and it also seemed to far to walk as my husband didn't think he needed his wheelchair and couldn't walk that far, also we were on a mini break to finish breakfast at 9 is far to early, as it takes my husband a good hour to get himself ready its hardly a break when he would be up by at least 7.30 to get to restaurant and order breakfast,
