Free parking and room is at the back of guest house .Immaculately done out With comfy double bed and shower and bathroom big and everything worked perfect.room was nice and warm.good tele with Netflix,microwave iron hairdryer plates and cutlery.Onky a 5 min walk to station and trains are regular into Aberdeen centre only took about 12 minutes for us this was a perfect place to stay to enjoy a couple of days in aberdeen and also great value
