Hotel Metropole

Back to metropole hotel with family members and friends we were a party of 12 people. The experience was great as expected, all details showing accuracy. All of us were completely satisfied for the personnel caring attitude, as well as for food selection and thermal area assistance. Despite the staff turn over still service was amazing. A special thank goes to mr Thomas and mr Manuel from the reception highly skilled having always a solution to customers queries. Well organised and planned the restaurant for which would comment positively favour mr Dante the maitre and Ms Anna for her focus with the customers. Last but not least a special thanks to Anastasia and Mattia from trea**ents depar**ent for their knowledge, professionalism and high customer service skills. I have returned to this resort and as expected excellence has been delivered again! Despite the hot weather temperature, the common spaces as well as rooms had a pleasant airco distribution.. really pleasant. The outdoor park rich of trees and vegetation was also pleasant as outdoor temperature. The pools water was really ok in terms of celsious degrees. With regard to customer service we have experienced an improvement on the focus on the customer, and in this regard we want to thank again the Maitre Mr Valentino for his attention to our needs and for his excellency delivered. For the service at the restaurant we want to comment on the caliber of some staff like Ms Anna and Magda both very experienced and focused staff, as well as for junior staff as Alessio, all delivering great customer service skills. We want to thank also Mr Thomas, Ms Teresa and Mr Manuel from the reception for their caring attitude and for their attention to our requests in particular when we dealt with our thermal trea**ents. We finally want to congratulate with the chef for the high level of meals delivered, for the alternative of choices and for the quality of food selected. I fully recommend hotel Metropole as well as the GB hotels chain and hope to return asap to enjoy the best of the best in Abano Terme

Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful kind staff. I was here four years ago and I returned because of all the fond memories. There is a lot of new staff, many more young people, but the service is just as good and the attention to every detail is appreciated. The wonderful Alessandro is the best waiter in the world! My Italian is not so good, but everyone is patient. The housekeeper chef is a darling smiling lady who could not do enough for me. Paola is giving the best massages, with loving care. The ladies in the spa and fango are kind and patient. The entertainment makes you want to get up and dance, and Alessandro at the bar is wonderful too. My only complaint is that the reception staff needs to understand that we are not just guests, some of us are not well physically, and mentally, Covid has had an effect on us all. We need to feel that we are welcome. Tomas Manuel Franck are doing great, but the others(?). A smile goes a long way, and money should not be the focus.

We spent a week in this hotel for massages and other trea**ents. The junior suite that we had was spacious and quiet (overlooking the garden and pools in the back). The spa was fabulous with very professional and experienced staff and we really enjoyed all the trea**ents that we had. The food was fine although service was a bit slow in the evening since the hotel was full. All in all, we had a great time for a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We arrived a few hours early as we checked out of our air b and b from Padua at 11 am and was there by 11:30. The hotel staff were very courteous taking our bags and telling us we were free to relax in the different areas downstairs as our check-in time wasn't till 3 pm and to our surprise our room was ready in and hour and a half so that was really nice as we felt that prioritised us and went above and beyond. We also didn't realise swimming hats were mandatory in the pool, I am glad the staff were polite about it and offered us complimentary hats as we are young black women with thick long afro textured hair that can't fit into the hats they had for sale so I am happy they were courteous and didn't make us feel embarrassed. I would definitely recommend them looking to stock hats for fuller textured hair but really pleased with his they handled that - bravo. Every single staff member was lovely and professional - we really be enjoyed our room service lunch from the bar - delicious and filling and super affordable! We also forgot to decide about the shuttle bus to the airport do hadn't given 24 hours notice for our space but we really appreciated that a taxi was arranged for us that took card and wasn't too much more than shuttle bus so I believe it might be a set price for guests which we loved ! Our check out time the next day was 11 am but staff were gracious enough to keep our luggage so we would explore Padua and return for our taxi.

It was an amazing exprience.4 stars hotel with super kind service...from the reception to the dining table....all the personals was so kind and helpful.clean rooms,warm and cold pools.... For sure i will be back to Metropole Terme. The only problems were: Not everyone speaking English,bu they do their best. The beds was too hard. Great beautiful hotel,great food and an amazing service.

Hi! We have been visiting this particular hotel for six years and have always coming back for its service! As these days holidays abroad is the privilege as you never know when you be allowed to get another opportunity due to the current situation in the world. We had a chance and decided to get back to metropole as for the best memories we spent here for many years. Unfortunately, pools kept dirty, with the black mould on the walls in many places and we even found pieces of poo this time! The pool should be closed and cleaned immediately but they let people in swimming in there, which was odd. I was expecting that pools are cleaned more often as it’s always old people in there and accidents can happen. I would also be very grateful to the hotel management if they can locate smoking and non smoking areas! You try to enjoy yourself but instead one next to you is smoking then another one after another! It’s so disgusting and you don’t want to argue to anyone and ask them to consider non smoking people around! It should be hotel business to solve! Really, smoking is very annoying in everywhere in Italy but this is a Spa we are talking about, which meant to be healthy place! On the other note, the restaurant food is still very tasty, rooms are clean and enjoyable trea**ents of a high standard.

Esperienza straordinaria! Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi! L'albergo "brilla" anche per la pulizia. Stanza strepitosa. Personale cortese. Ristorante ottimo! Piscine bellissime... Spa eccellente Non saprei trovare nulla di negativo! Consigliatissimo! Un paradiso dove mente, corpo e cuore ritrovano serenità! Grazie immense! Torneremo presto!❤️

Struttura di livello con una spa ed una zona piscine davvero valide. Buonissima posizione rispetto al centro (5 minuti a piedi), buon ristorante, belle zone comuni con intrattenimento musicale serale. Il vero fiore all’occhiello dell’hotel è il Signor Massimo (bar e sala da pranzo), un uomo dalla professionalità e dalla dolcezza ormai introvabili, gentile, sorridente, premuroso ed educatissimo. Torneremo.
