I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. For easier navigation or when booking a taxi, it’s best to search for “Bilol Hotel” on Google Maps. Wishing this lovely guest house continued success and many more happy guests in the future!

Great location. The city's main attractions are within walking distance: Bibi-Khanum, Siyob Bazaar, Registan, Afrosiab, Shah-i-Khinda. Near the hotel there is a pizzeria, a restaurant serving Uzbek cuisine, and a pilaf place called Kohinoor, where you can enjoy pilaf not only during 11.30-13.00 as is customary in Samarkand, but also in the evening. There are also several minimarkets nearby, one of which, if you exit the hotel to the right, has a fairly large selection of beer, which is even more rare in Samarkand than evening pilaf. Только отличные отзывы об этом отеле. Мы приехали поздно, около 12 часов ночи. Но нас встретили и разместили без осуждения. Чистота везде и во всём. Даже уличную обувь просят оставлять на специальной подставке возле входной двери. Чай, кофе, воду добавляли каждый день. Завтраки заказные. Меню: омлет, яичница, каша. Плюс орешки разные, изюм, варенье. На выбор чай и кофе. Завтрак можно заказать на любое удобное для себя время с 7 до 11. Кто приезжает на машине, как мы, может припарковать машину возле отеля. Окна наши выходили на внутренний двор. Тишина была полнейшая, соседей не было слышно. Нам очень понравилось. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и радушные люди. Всем рекомендую приезжать сюда.

It's a very refreshing courtyard villa hotel with big size room. One of the best hotels we stayed in so far in uzbekistan. All the main attractions are about 8 minutes taxi rides away from the hotel. The room was clean and well presented and modern fixing with air conditioning. The hosts of the hotel were really nice and knowledgeable and help with trips around samarkand. I would recommend is hotel to anyone.

Rajab bobo is a perfect place to stay. I’ll definitely stay here for the next time if I visit Samarqand again! It is very clean, quiet, and the smell is good. It resides in a home, only a few rooms are available, so the in-out travelers are very simple. And the position is perfect, very near Registan. A supermarket is close, and there’s a few good restaurants nearby.
