The staff at S Resort were exceptional—extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to giving guests the best possible experience in El Nido. They patiently explained tour options and helped me choose island-hopping and beach trips that offered excellent value for money, without ever pressuring me to use their services. Their honesty stood out, as they always gave me the freedom to choose based on their advice. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and strategically located—close to banks, restaurants, shops, and only about a 5-minute walk to the boat tour loading area. Complimentary airport transfers were a great bonus and made arrival and departure hassle-free. I also loved their friendly in-house dog ambassador, GG (short for Good Girl), who added warmth and charm to the stay

Very nice little place, only stayed here one night. There isn’t much around the area and also had some difficulties finding the location as the address on Trip is incorrect. But the staff is very welcoming and helpful and good for value.

เราพักที่นี่ 3 คืนทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากเงียบสงบเพียงแค่คาดหวังว่าจะมีไฟดับ / ไม่มีไฟฟ้าเพราะดูเหมือนจะเป็นปกติใน Port Galera แต่พวกเขามีเครื่องกําเนิดไฟฟ้าด้านหลังซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบสระว่ายน้ําและบาร์นั้นน่าทึ่งมาก โดยรวมแล้วเรามีความสุขและจะกลับไปที่รีสอร์ทแห่งนี้อย่างแน่นอน

Топовая локация. Сразу красивая бухта. Пребывание омрачило отключение электричества и воды в первые сутки. Отель был не готов - кажется нет генератора, поэтому когда на острове проблема с электричеством, в отеле темно, хотя в соседних отелях включались генераторы. По самому номеру - критики нет, приемлимо, хотя в номере есть муравьи и очень старый кондиционер. Но он работает, поэтому без минусов тут. Сервис минимальный и очень ненавязчивый. За 5 дней убирались один раз.

About Anitsa Resort, we loved it! Perfect hotel that makes your stay in El Nido warm and cozy! Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but every day the menu surprises you with a delicious new option, we absolutely loved it! All the amenities worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted us with renting tours and bikes to explore the city. The resort is about 15 minutes from the center, but the location is perfect for visiting all the beaches around El Nido. If we ever return, we would love to stay at Anitsa Resort again!

staffs are accommodating and friendly owner is friendly and very responsive  very cozy and clean amenities are complete  bathroom can be improved but very aesthetic and clean close to maintown surely will book again
