We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

位於景區內古色古香的旅館，從火車站步行有兩條路線到達酒店，出火車站左轉衹需過一座橋，右轉要過三座橋，步行10分鐘，對有大行李箱的人來説已經算比較友好了，門口比較隱蔽，旁邊有個華人開的超市，房間設施有歷史感。入住時老闆很熱心地幫忙搬行李上樓，並介紹如何買票、搭乘水巴到各景點，黃昏時搭船看落日非常愜意。

Не отель, а целый квест. При заезде все, что было на фото, оказалось не правдой. Пришлось «выбивать» себе нормальный номер не в соседнем строении, под названием палаццо Анна, а в основном, но это было не просто. Поэтому, при бронировании, имейте ввиду, все фото из основного отеля, а если ваш номер стоит меньше 17000 за ночь, вас поселят в последнее здание с совсем другими видами и комнатами. В итоге, переселили, есть сотрудникам большой плюс, но это потому что не сезон, если вы приедет в сезон, берите что дали.

เราพัก2คืนระหว่างทริปคู่รัก ห้องพักสีขาวสะอาดไม่มีขยะหรือของที่แขกคนก่อนทิ้งไว้ ของใช้ในห้องน้ํามีให้ครบเลยไม่ลําบากเลย น้ําร้อนในฝักบัวดีและไม่เปลี่ยนน้ําทันทีเลยทําให้ได้สบายใจแม้เคยอาบน้ําแบบญี่ปุ่น ไม่ได้เจอพนักงานเยอะแต่ผู้หญิงที่ reception ใจดีและอธิบายให้เราฟังอย่างเข้าใจง่ายเราพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้! ตัวโรงแรมเอง ค่อนข้างไม่สะดวกถ้าไม่ใช้บริการรถบัสน้ําหรือกระเช้าจะเดินไปไหนก็ไกล โดยเฉพาะสแควร์เซนต์มาร์ค แหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลัก อยู่ไกลมาก ผู้ใหญ่เดินประมาณ 30 นาที แต่ระหว่างทางมีร้านค้าเยอะ เลยคิดว่าถ้ามีเวลาเที่ยวพอจะไม่ยาก บริเวณโรงแรมยังมีร้านอาหารและบาร์ เดินประมาณ 3 นาทีถึงเบเกอรี่และร้านเครป ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องกินแนะนําให้เดินไปไม่ทานอาหารเช้า อีกอย่างคือ สถานีตํารวจหน้าโรงแรม? ตํารวจ? บ้าง ยามกลางวันและกลางคืน เหมือนตํารวจเลย แม้จะอยู่ไกลจากย่านหลัก แต่ความปลอดภัยดี โดยรวมแล้วเป็นราคาที่พักที่พอใจมาก!

Отель находится в 12-15 минутах от основных достопримечательностей. На ресепшн встретила очень сервисная администратор (русскоговорящая), которая заселила после 20:40, что позже работы ресепшн. В номере был холодильник с двумя типа воды с газом и без. Чайник не был включен в комплектацию номера. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.
