โฮมสเตย์ในบันเติน อินโดนีเซีย

After booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled. The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo. The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com. This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked. You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer.. ..

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

ไม่มีอาหารเช้า บ้านพักภายใน รร เงียบสงบ มีห้างใหญ่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ฉันหวังว่า Trip.com จะไม่อาศัยอยู่ไม่กี่ครั้งก่อนที่จะเริ่มเพิ่มราคานี้เป็นที่สามใน Trip.com เปลี่ยนบ้านแรกทั้งสองเริ่มที่จะอาศัยอยู่ในราคาที่ค่อนข้างต่ําหลังจากสองหรือสามปีราคาจะสูงขึ้น

Dgn harga segitu relatif murah tnpatnya bersih ,nyaman dan bagus terlebih yang dtng dengan kendaraan..krn di dlm perumahan jd agak susah untuk cari makanan.. Tapi klo soal kebersihan dan kerapihan sangat ok

โรงแรมค่อนข้างสะดวกสบาย ทำเลสะดวกต่อการเดินทาง ราคาสมเหตุสมผล

The accommodation's cleanliness is very good. It's located in a strategic location which is really close to any business district area, including foods, laundry, coffee shop, restaurant, and convenient store. The service is also nice and fast response..

สถานที่สวยงาม ห้องพักก็ดี แต่ Netflix ต้องล็อกอินด้วยบัญชีของคุณเอง และฉันพัก 2 คืน แต่ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดในวันที่สอง แต่โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันชอบที่นี่มาก มันสวยงาม🫰

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was also good. The only suggestion would be that the bolster pillow could be made a bit softer to make the resting experience even better.

Sudah beberapa kali nginep di sini, kadang buat nonton konser atau kalau lg ada kerjaan di BSD. Worth it untuk harga yang terjangkau, fasilitas lengkap, dan dekat dengan banyak pilihan makanan. Kalau pagi2 bisa lari keliling komplek juga.
