This hotel is near airport and good for overnight stay to catch flights. You could get the shuttle at the bus station near the airport. The frequency is hourly.
This hotel is near East Rand Mall. The counter staff told us that it is unsafe to walk across the street and advised us to take either Uber or hotel's van. If you are traveling in a group of 4 or more people, it is cheaper to get the hotel's van (80 rand one way) instead of Uber
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs every 15 minutes and is very punctual. It made our travel to the airport hassle-free.
While breakfast was included, our early morning flight meant we couldn’t enjoy it. However, the hotel does offer a packed breakfast option for those who need to leave early, which is a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.
Perfect for an overnight at the airport. It’s right across from the arrival hall. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night before an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.
I've never been at a better hotel my whole life.
Trust me, the hotel is such a ”Wow!”
I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia!
The location is superb, so close to the airport.
Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!
Staff was helpful and the room was clean. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a delight.

ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed here for 2 weeks, and I enjoyed myself immensely! I mostly keep to myself and don’t go out, as I was just here to relax and unwind. However I felt very safe and comfortable with my stay. The room is clean and smells amazing! There was a cute glass balcony which was pleasant as I could step out a bit and enjoy the great weather. The bathroom was stocked, I had a good selection of teas and coffees. I was very satisfied and impressed with my room selection. Although I think next time I will choose the apartment hotel since I always bought my own food 😄. They have a free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square every hour which I utilized. They have a pool which I could see from my balcony and a gym that was opposite my room, however I did not utilize either of those facilities. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place
MMadamP*I would definitely book this place , clean bedding, kitchen well set up for long stays . It’s very functional and there’s a restaurant and SPA .
TTraveling TanI recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights.
One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead.
Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise.
In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service.

RRyun KiatI recently stayed for a couple of nights, and overall, it was an average experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the room itself could have been a bit more updated. While it was clean, the furnishings seemed a little worn, and the bathroom, although functional, had some minor issues like a leaky faucet.
The bed was comfortable enough, but I did find it a bit harder than I prefer. The hotel amenities were standard—there was a gym and a small pool, though I didn't have time to use either. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and I didn't encounter any issues with the air conditioning or heating during my stay.
One thing that stood out was the location. It was pretty convenient for my needs, close to a few restaurants and shops, though not overly special. I was hoping for a bit more from the hotel's restaurant, as the menu was somewhat limited and the food was just okay.
In short, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t blow me away either. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep without expecting anything extraordinary, this hotel will do the job.
ผผู้เข้าพักIt's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor.
Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.
