Good place for someone looking for a cheap, budget-friendly hotel. The price is very affordable, making it a great option if you’re trying to save money but still want a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are simple but decent enough for a short stay.
The food is also great and tastes really good, which was a nice surprise. However, the servings are a bit on the small side, so you might find yourself wanting a little more.
Overall, it’s a good choice for budget travelers who just need a basic, affordable place to stay.
We choose boracay holiday resort for its prime location, and it didn't disappoint—it's just a 5-minutes walk to the beautiful beach
The Location is fantastic, and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas, like the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of Filipino and Western dishes..
Highly recommended
Very nice and beautiful resort, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was little old, but everything well functioning. Breakfast had a lot of variety, just a little early 6-8am! other than that, great stay and thanks. Plans to come back again :)
very nice and quiet room, good roomservice, WiFi + TV working well; after renovation very comfortable bathroom / shower; we enjoyed the good breakfast buffet; very friendly staff
This hotel was wonderful! The location is excellent, food is great, staff very polite. It has a private area at the beach which is a big plus. Rooms are cozy and the bed is very comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, but they close around 10 or 11 pm so it’s perfect for relaxing and sleeping well. Small suggestions: in the “quiet areas” (the pool side) you could reinforce the rule of actually being quiet. People and kids screaming and randomly blasting music over the speakers is not the best environment for a nice and relaxing massage or a nap. The same goes for the beach beds, obviously there aren’t enough of them (as it’s a government rule, which is fine of course), however, almost every day of our stay one whole area was used for different events, so the staff would take the sun beds away around 4, when it’s the nicest weather and sunshine for chilling at the beach. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms is really heavy and it makes insane noise when moved; it would be a great improvement putting something on the furniture legs to soften the sound. These are just some small suggestions so that the place can be perfect! But I really enjoyed my stay and I would go back to this hotel!
The hotel has a very large and beautiful territory. The room was large and clean. The hotel is located far from the center, but there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the D Mall and brings you back from there at any time. Water in the rooms is paid.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.
ผผู้เข้าพักI want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.
