Всегда, когда мы ездим в Аликанте, останавливаемся в отеле Мелиа Аликанте. Нам очень нравится этот отель. Шикарное расположение, первая линия моря. Просторные, чистые  номера. Очень удобные кровати с подушками. Вкусный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Всем рекомендую этот отель. Всегда хочется возвращаться в этот отель.

Hotel is located in san juan , I booked XL room with no view with breakfast , dinner can booked in the reception it cost less . So everything was ok

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Huerto del Cura para celebrar nuestra noche de aniversario de boda y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue inmejorable: las instalaciones son espectaculares, la habitación estaba impecable y la relación calidad-precio nos sorprendió gratamente. Tuvieron además un precioso detalle por nuestro aniversario, algo que marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. El buffet de desayuno merece una mención aparte: sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado en nuestra vida. La variedad, la calidad de los productos y el cuidado en la presentación lo convierten en una experiencia única para comenzar el día. Recomendamos este hotel al 100%, tanto para una escapada romántica como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Un lugar lleno de encanto que sin duda repetiremos.

ราคาดี สถานที่สะอาด ทําเลดี รองรับมาก ปัญหาเดียวที่เราพบคือพนักงานโรงอาหารไม่พูดภาษาอังกฤษและเราเลือกเป็นอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ในบางครั้งและสั่งจากเมนูและเวลาดังนั้นด้วยอุปสรรคทางภาษามันทําให้สิ่งต่าง ๆ ยาก หากมีบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า อาหารกลางวัน และอาหารเย็นทั้งหมด สถานที่แห่งนี้เหมาะสําหรับการพักผ่อนและเข้าพัก แม้ว่าพนักงานจะสุภาพและเป็นมิตร

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.

Good place to stay in general, a bit out of the city but easy to reach by public transport. Good rooms, nothing exceptional but I recommend going there if you want to save money and enjoy the visit of the city without a mess around!

ฉันช่วยคุณจัดระเบียบภาษาใหม่เพื่อให้การแสดงออกมีความลื่นไหลและเป็นธรรมชาติมากขึ้น: โรงแรม Novotel Valencia จะเปิดให้บริการในปี 2024 ตอนที่ผมเข้าไปเช็คอิน ผมรู้สึกว่าโรงแรมอาจจะยังอยู่ในช่วงทดลองเปิดทำการ เพราะบาร์และสระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้ายังไม่เปิดให้บริการ ซึ่งน่าเสียดายมาก แต่ผมก็ยังพอใจในการบริการของโรงแรมเป็นอย่างมาก เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับช่วยเหลือดีมาก เมื่อผมพบว่าในห้องไม่มีกาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า เขาก็รีบเอามาให้ที่ห้องของผมทันที คราวที่แล้วการ์ดลิฟต์ไม่ทำงานตามปกติ เขาก็พาเรากลับไปที่ห้องเป็นการส่วนตัว ซึ่งเขาก็ใส่ใจเราดีมาก แต่เรื่องเวลาเช็คเอาท์นั้น ผมอยากร้องเรียนกับ Ctrip ครับ เวลาเช็คเอาท์ที่ระบุไว้บนแพลตฟอร์ม Ctrip คือระหว่าง 13:00 น. ถึง 14:00 น. แต่โรงแรมกำหนดไว้ว่าต้องเช็คเอาท์ก่อนเวลา 12:00 น. บัตรห้องจะหมดอายุอัตโนมัติหลังจากเวลา 12.00 น. ฉันหวังว่า Ctrip จะสามารถยืนยันและตรวจสอบเวลาเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ของโรงแรมอีกครั้งเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการก่อปัญหาให้กับนักเดินทางท่านอื่น

Hotel location and amenities was wonderfull. Opp hotel was a nice cosy mall, and corte de englais is a spanish dept store, its classy and mostly designers clothes , shoes extra, and inside it there is a nice mercado supermarket. Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room, its costly to iron in housekeeping, We were lucky weather was wonderfull. I would not hesitate to go there again, probably will take my travel iron with me. Totally i loved the area and amenities surrounding it👍

This property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.
